Amazing pickups this year, but expecting a baby is the tops, congratulations to you all! I agree, great eye appeal cards are always worth paying more for, and that Mays is worth every penny, just like you said, so hard to find a copy like that. Musial, Minoso, Nap, just awesomeness! Happy new year.
You definitely picked up a ton of stuff that I dont dabble in, which is why I really enjoy your channel! Its always a learning experience! Love that Joe Louis pickup of course among many others. 🍻 to a great 2022!
Wow, some epic cardboard in 2021. I agree about Willie Mays as the best player post war. Have you read the recent biography about him? Love the T206 cards. I picked up my first T206 at the National last year. Kids devour time and funds, congratulations and good luck. Thanks for sharing.
Your content is great; I enjoy seeing the variety of cards you collect and your knowledge about these sets is substantial. I don’t understand how you don’t have more subscribers. I stumbled on your channel in the summer of 2019, and you make great stuff; thanks for your hard work sir. Congratulations on the new addition; I agree it may reallocate some of your cardboard fund haha!
Great stuff, Ben. I picked up the same Joe Louis card this year. I really like the Colgan’s Speaker and that Lajoie portrait is a stunner… What an incredible example of the 51 Mays. Was great meeting you in Chicago. I hope we can meet up in AC next year.
Incredible pickups man, 2021 was a great collecting year for you!! Most importantly though, congratulations on the baby girl! My son is 4 months old, and it changes your life no doubt- but it’s a good change!
Hey! A couple months late on this, but I love this video. Gave me a lot of good ideas. I have also been stocking up Minoso cards over the last several years - his '53 Bowman is so good looking! That Mays! Wow! Super iconic. I agree with your best of all time assessment. I would say Barry Bonds would be in the conversation if you overlook his PEDs (which is difficult to do).
Fantastic year. I can respect the vintage stuff for the names, of course, being THE hof auto collector, but I must say, I like the front. 98&99atomic, epix em moment, and PMG. Wowza.
Forgot to mention; I’ve been slowly collecting exhibits cards. Just about the only “set” you can still find bargains in. Nice to see one in this video. Nice color variation
Great year! Awesome oral with the presentation
Pepino! Haha
Congratulations on the new addition to the family. Yes, you were right about the Topps Minoso. Wish I had added that card then.

Yeah the baby is a true 1/1. Thanks, have a happy new year!

Great meeting you too at The National. I'll no doubt be at AC next year. Colgan's Chips can be addicting, but frustrating as they hardly ever pop up.

Great cards. What a year for you.
Great variety man! Love the adds
Amazing pickups, I love your “quality over quantity” style. That Mays is unbelievable!
Thanks!
It ain’t New Years without a dead guy pickup review. Love it

Wow, you really picked up some nice cards. Congrats
Congrats on landing that Mays, I've been looking for one in a similar grade and eye appeal myself without luck for a bit.
How to mention you in the cardboard RUclips HOF, love ur channel for years man. You bring different stuff then others and always unique
Thanks!
Incredible adds this year. FYI, some of those guys at the beginning aren’t dead yet…(a joke).
Very true
