- Hey everyone, we want to share a new music video which cinematographer Kate Arizmendi and Director Pele Kudren collaborated on for the song “Lose Yourself” from "Specter At The Feast". Kate & Pele really felt connected to the video and the song, and contacted us about the project and we're glad to be able to premier it here for you guys.

After many many decades passing through various relationships, I think now, after watching this one video, I have realized that the best ones, the ones that give us the most, are those that end long before the rot sets in. Those are the kind of relationships that offer the most joy, the most magic. For the ones that, if they go on for too long, will bring us trouble and may even cost us a large part of ourselves. It has been in this lifetime for me to conclude that love, the kind of the romantic sort, easily and quickly becomes a four-letter word when we attempt to drag it out beyond its normal expiration date. More importantly is the realization that happiness is not a place of permanence, but an island we visit from time to time if we play our cards right. And visit we may, but we are never welcome to over stay our visit because that is where stagnation lives. . . and stagnation is death.
Same here. 27years old now I feel so old but I have enough fire to give and share to those who feel lost and alone. With no armor I give them all my love and wish them the best. Life is a long way hard
All those bittersweet romances....each one containing something magical and beautiful you carry with you forever. Such truth in your words...I've been on those islands, sailed away in pain sometimes but always finding the silver lining in each ending and beginning. It's necessary to learn to be water when you need to...

This song is light years ahead of all the current chartbusters. We love you BRMC, keep making such beautiful music. You deserve to be up there in the music scene, but you are already up there in our hearts...
I think hitting the "big time" is more of a curse than an achievement to strive for! It doesn't matter who you are or what you do, super stardom will change you. It goes both ways, some get better but it seems that most are affected negatively. So I enjoy the bands like this and hope they stay this way. They make a decent living most likely, enough to keep them as musicians instead of workforce suckers. The position keeps them hungry, keeps them motivated and driven to be noticed or recognized. That is where the really great art comes from!!!! The struggle for recognition or fame or whatever, it's a powerful motivator. If you ask me, they should be more than happy with their position now, any bigger and it switches over to being more like "work" instead of what you love to do. With big time fame comes obligation and responsibility, which forces a product that may not be 100% from the heart, if its artistic, that kinda ruins it. Art is beautiful cause it's not forced, it came into the world cause the artist wants to share it with the world. When they HAVE to make something out of demand or obligations, it starts to take away some of its purity and value. Seems less genuine then.....

hard to express how much I love this song and this film. Mindblowng. For a few months I couldn't stop listening to it.
No words for this good combination of an excellent mellow alternative rock ballad plus an excellent video.

Being able to capture your audience with music is one thing. Enabling inspiration to open our minds to live free against the conforming standards set upon us by society is what sets this video apart from most of the music industry. Every once in a while, I come across a music video gem and today, this one caught me by surprise. Well done RBMC, well done.

I haven't listened to BRMC in quite a while, but a minor bout of depression/sadness brought me back here. Sometimes when I've got too much on the plate to deal with, the only way to keep from exploding is to find the right music to solve it all and bring me back to whatever my normal state may be. I've been a musician for 39 of my 43 years on this rock. Music is the only reason I breathe. Sometimes, music is the only solution to whatever ails me. I'm thankful that these guys have made it into my musical database I keep in the back of my mind! They are one of those bands that makes you feel special because you know of them when so many don't! That's how I look at their small fanbase, it's big enough to keep them productive musically instead of being forced into the rat race w/ the rest of us chumps, but it's small enough to make you feel good for being aware of such a great group! I doubt the day will ever come where music like this(good) is the mainstream and the pop crap is obscure and forcing anyone who actually WANTS to listen to Britney and Bieber to seek them out, not having it crammed into our ears every day all day from radio and TV. It would be a better world if that was the case.
Can't understand why the people with no talent are at the top when so many of the truly talented and visionary folks either never make it or never make it big. Sad just to think of it......

Making the big time or being successful in life is not the main thing--it's the journey there, what you've learned, gained, lost, & done unto others. I'm not a musician, just a music lover of most genres (exception: pop & that autotune crap). Music has been in all my meaningful life events & it's simply as necessary to me as is oxygen for it's healing, reviving qualities. I suspect it's rather the same with you since you've been a musician the majority of your life. Hope you roll out of the doldrums. At the least, you might get a good song out of it.
