Since absolutely no one is talking about it, the audio at the end once reversed says “the sacred butthole” twice. And I think that’s beautiful.
For real? Lol
@@orionsquailia1153 for real I checked twice bc I didn’t believe it at first 😅
@@quinn7408 That's funny. Love it. (Turned off my emojis by accident so I can't use em so just know I'd be sending a laughing emoji)
I thought it was an arg💀
@@quinn7408i’m crying 💀
The line "i smell pollen where the grass still lives standing on the mezzanine choking on my spit" gets me every time
Dude Samee
@a@@@a
Idk why but that beats give me some nostalgic feeling like I heard it before but idk where
YESSSS
Gives me major Tim Burton vibes for some reason
It's so nice that the actual song gives off the same energy as the little parts on your tiktok. I was kinda scared, coz there've been times when the artist remixed the acoustic version and it came out as an autotuned, pumped up thing... Which was pretty cool too, but after listening to the demo one, with their clear, emotional, raspy voice, i couldn't grow to love the final product.
Oh my god i'm so glad i wasn't the only one who had the same issues when it comes to specific songs
My only gripe with this song is that they added a rock segment into the piece. This ruined the theme and setting for me. It is good but I would rather have it being another song and have another loop of the first verse with the creepy acoustics then having this.
@@infamousred4664 i actually suprisingly like the rock segment for some reason, it somewhat in my head lol. But like, if it really isn't your cup of tea. im pretty sure eventually someone is going to make an accoustic cover for this song that tones down the rock part.
I feel like you're talking about that how i'd kill song.
@@whitenobeardNo because he had a theme going on and it ended up as a fluke😞
A perfect song for the Halloween night.
I can accurately say. It was a banger at the party I hosted
Suède l'Espagne l'Autriche la France les Pays-Bas la Grèce Bulgarie la Pologne
Danemark Italie Lituanie l'Espagne
Great as usual!
This song reminds me a little bit of bitter memories. A community that is old, and dying. The world feels rotten, and tainted. People are happy to enjoy their suffering, and nothing shakes them out of their stubborness to stay in the trash and filth of where they are. They gave up, and accept it. They force this shit world on others. They don't want a better world, they want it worse and drag everyone down in it. Like a bottomless bucket of crabs. Except the crabs don't know what they are doing.
Edit; I am just another piece of rot too. Going to go drink until I forget who I am.
Don’t. Don’t drink. Stop it. Don’t forget, never forget. We can’t forget. Always remember. Bitter turns to bittersweet when it’s all said and done. Remember that. Live. Try. Please. For me. ❤️🩹
He’s right alcohol won’t help you or this society… PCP on the other hand I strongly doubt your conscious will allow you to remember your actions. If blissful ignorance from a memory of past, I would rate it a 5*****
So this song sounds like Florida?
I've been on a Nirvana binge as of late, and this song gives off those moody grungey, yet still pop vibes. Amazing Song
I'm glad I'm not the only one feeling those Nirvana vibes. Not quite the melancholy of 'Something's in the Way', but definitely feeling a familiarity.
After hearing this song I played my Nirvana CD in the car 😅
As soon as I heard just the beat I was like wtf is this a nirvana beat then I heard the guy sing 😂
This song absolutely channels Kurt Cobain in the best way. And if you listen to "Preacher" you'll hear straings of Smells Like Teen Spirit in the chorus.
0:09 that line gives me the chills for some reason
Love it
Another BANGER for me to freestyle dance to! Let's gooooooooo
hell yeah can i join?
@@roekapara hell yeah bro!
A lot of your music reminds me of the bitter memories from what little of a childhood I had. Shitty neighborhoods filled with shitty people that are always drunk or on some sort of drug. You're music helps me forget those memories. Keep it going man, your music is great
It doesn’t make you forget it. It validates your inner child’s feelings and it gives you and internal sense of security and sincerity
Every song you have is on next level amounts quality and creativity. I can't wait till I have to by 80 dollar back row tickets just cause thousands of people wanna see you play on stage, and it still be the best money I ever spent.
this is literally the kind of music i love. you are incredible!
What kind of music would this classify as because I need more of this type of music it’s amazing
Indie?
indie music, similar to artists like Dayglow, ThxSoMuch, etc
Grunge. Listen to Nirvana if you havent already, you won’t regret it.
idk if it will help much, but heres some artist with similar vibes you might like !
- cosmo sheldrake
- fish in a birdcage
- the front bottoms
- will wood
- penelope scott
- ajj
- everybody's worried about owen
- i dont know how but they found me
- vundabar
- sushi soucy
edit: thought of a few more !! :o)
@@sleepymilk_have you heard autoheart or AlicebanD?
I was so curious about what the revers bit at the end said so I played it backwards and herd “the sacred but hole” why has no one talked about this
Thanks for telling us, I was so confused-
I was thinking the same thing! I got an app downloaded just to see what it was😂 when I heard "the sacred butthole" I felt rick rolled
From replaying it dozens of times on TikTok, to listening to it on RUclips. Everyone's dying has to be one of my favourite songs. I absolutely adore the cleverness of the "I smell pollen where the grass still lives..." bit. Really well done!!
The line "standing on the mezzanine choking on my spit" changed meaning a lot when I realized that a mezzanine is a porch and not a deadly chemical
I’m doing my 1st ever music animation to this song I’m so excited this song is so gooooooood
Came from Instagram as soon as I heard a glimpse of this masterpiece
Possibly one of the most underrated songs ive heard. The lyrics are beautifully morbid
Had this song stuck in my head for days now. Sooo glad it's finally out.
It's so good 😭
You are crazy talented
Dude it’s been stuck in my head too 😅
Your songs are so bittersweet to me, they're all AMAZING, but all too short, I never want them to end. Keep on creating!
Oh thank god, the very specific stressed out broke kid vibe I got from your insta posts about this song hold true. I’m so glad lol, there’s rarely a social media song that keeps the vibe immaculate the whole song. Great for spooky time too! (even if I’m a few days late, I can pretend lol)
My family is filled with addicts and my grandma is an alcoholic in the more extreme end, not so slowly drinking herself to death. Her husband used to be abusive and recently died, and she blames herself, which just increases her alcoholism. It's incredible to hear music so perfectly describing the feeling of watching everyone around you throwing their lives away, living like they were already dead, all just so they don't have to face the reality, unable to get their lives together, slowly losing everything because the alcohol, which just makes them want to escape the reality even more.
Everything about the song is outstanding, the feelings that your vocals give me is almost how I used to feel listening to old panic at the disco, this melody is to die for you did an amazing job of how you put together this project, thank you for sharing your songs and gifts with the world.
You have a very unique beautiful talent so don’t let anybody tell you different ever❤❤❤❤❤
I just reversed the last part of the song now i won't be able to listen to this song normally without hearing that
What does it say
Me and the boys head banging to the new roe kapara song
{LYRICS}
-Grandma's drunk again pass out in her soup.
-The rats are singing, There's asbestos on the roof.
-Mr. Perkins in the front yard with his gun.
The kids are crying as he points it at the Sun.
-I smell pollen where the grass still lives.
-Standing on the mezzanine
Chocking on my spit.
-I still wonder why they live like this. It seems like everyone's dying.
She killed her husband cause he loved her like a whore.
They say the flowers grew, the day she dumped the corpse.
-She drowns herself inside her Tylenol and pills.
-Says she could have been an actress in a film.
-but I smell pollen where the grass still lives, Standing on the mezzanine, choking on my spit.
-I still wonder why they live like this.
It seems like everyone is dying.
-This town is dying. Why are they like this.
- God keeps on lying.
-They'll try to hide it.
-They're setting fire to the churches tonight.
-The shadows dance on the wall.
-Waiting for their answers to their Calls.
Gonna be playing this on guitar and screaming the lyrics! So underrated! Musical icon and genius, you are my friend.
This song is so freaking good! I love the part where he sings “this town is dying” it kinda sounds like pierce the veil
This sounds like a natural evolution and maturation of midwest emo, love the energy
Been so excited for this to come out! Added straight to my hyperfixation playlist. Will be listening to this on repeat for the next several months.
This is very reminiscent of some stuff for me. The place I spent a lot of time, growing up. The New Zealand countryside, and a little town within it.
It was my grandmother's house. The lines about asbestos, grandma killing her husband (mine didn't actually, cancer from asbestos inhalation did). But most of all the line about flowers growing when she dumped the corpse. My grandmother spent her life growing flowers for supply to florists. She also metaphorically bloomed when my grandfather died. Grew into herself, and did all the things she never got to do when he lived. She also drank more and more, and is now an alcoholic.
Even the line about 'Mr Perkins' is relatable to me. However, in my case, it's 'Rick from up the road'. He was always a nutcase.
And about the town dying. The little town we lived near... as I grew up, I saw all the people start to grow old and die off. No one new moved there. The town is literally dying.
This is all interesting to me. Dissecting the song and being able to relate every line to something I have lived or witnessed. I'd quite like to make a cover of this song, and a maybe even a video to go along with it, next time I visit that small town.
Yes i have been waiting for this one
Ive been waiting since ive seen the short of the first part of the song to get the whole song. Im not disappointed at all , ive been singing this song to myself in my car for a week and now i can finally sing the rest! Your voice is just so unique.

I first heard this song on a reel and it was so catchy I just kept humming it for days without knowing if it even existed I FOUND IT AT LAST god you're an amazing singer keep it up!!
This song is truly amazing, an absolutely beautiful piece of work …but i cant help but wonder that the ‘gibberish’ that starts at 2.24 is, i am unable to put it in reverse myself due to lack of resources but would greatly appreciate the help from those who can. :)
The video reminds me of those old victorian pictures where a mother would dress up as furniture to hold their children still for pictures
Perfect song you've bringed out gave me chills
The best song I've heard in 2022
