I would recommend using the blue tunic if you’re going to be fighting the final boss, I know you wont deal as much damage, but it will definitely help if your bad at staying alive like I am!
No, the effects of the coloured tunics don’t stack with their respective power up, they can work with the other type though. You can also go back to the fairy and change between any of the three tunics

@@Tlove1211 I'm 6 months late so I'm hoping you figured it out by now. But they are 3 requirements to open the dungeon. 1 you have to at least beaten the second dungeon. 2. You can't have anyone following you aka marin or bow wow. 3. You can't be in the middle of completing a dungeon basically if you start the next dungeon you have to complete first otherwise it won't open the staircase. Edit: Actually you need to have beaten at least dungeon 3 so my bad.

When i put it in the grave order and push the final one, the stairs do not show up. EDIT: Nvm i got it... i kept forgetting to push the top left one...
I came to the color dungeon late in the game and I had like 15 Hearts so I literally just ran up to the beetle and kept hitting him with my boomerang and sword even when he was shooting at me and the skeletons were dropping I ended up beating him in about thirty seconds
I just came across this video and now your comment about using the boomerang as i did this dungeon later in the game more like end of the game lol, thanks for that boomerang tip

Actually, do you have Marin or the Flying Rooster following you? I read on an old GameFAQs post just now that you need to be alone and that you need to finish whatever dungeon you're currently working on.

@@Colon72727 The code for the Color Dungeon never changes. Only the path to the Wind Fish Inside the Egg. Once you memorize it. You can go in after completing Dungeon 2.
If you use arrows and bombs and switch to jump when he's in the air you will most likely lose no life I did not but you had to go to the menu a lot 7:35

If you're talking about the book you need the magnifying lens to read, those are the directions you need to take in the final dungeon.

I always forget about this dungeon until i've beaten the 5th Temple, i did this in every playthrough...
i know i’m late but i moved the stones wrong because i didn’t know this was a dungeon so it’s all messed up how can i get it back to normal??
Should be able to reload your save file and it will be back to normal.

If I were you, I would usually choose the Blue Tunic mainly because it increases Defense.
No red is better, but once you get the Koholint Sword blue is better because even though you could get 4x dmg having that defense really helps.

Which code? The one to open the dungeon? You should be able to reset the game and it will put the gravestones back.

If you just exit the room you're in the puzzles will reset. You don't have to exit the entire dungeon.
If you wait in the room at 4:30 they will die by themselves
