Thank you for this video. I hike and walk every day, its hot with a wig under a cap! Plus, recently bald (cancer), and not quite ready to be bald under my cap!
I found one on Temu really cheap… I know I know, but so far, it works! The hair is already attached to the baseball cap, so I just hang it on one of the hat/key pegs by the front door. When it’s time to go out and grab my mail, or take out the trash… Grab and go! Under $10. So it fit my budget (which I don’t have 😂). I’m not normally a 🧢 wearer, but I needed something really quick and really cheap. 😅
Hat wigs with actual human hair are so much cheaper than regular human hair wigs - I wonder if it would be possible to wear a topper on top of a hat wig to turn the combination into a full wig? Even with both pieces combined, it might work out cheaper than a regular HH wig. Would be interesting to try!
OMG Amanda you’re absolutely hilarious, I love watching your videos! 😆 I’m searching for a realistic looking hat wig that’s low density, can be pulled back in a pony, and looks great under a baseball cap and wide brim beach hat. I have an Envy but on me the hair is too thick and looks fake. I have a 21” petite head as well and haven’t found one yet that doesn’t scream “this is a wig!” Which brand/style is your #1 favorite for realistic looking fiber and can be worn under all types of hats?
Aw haha 😂 thank you! Hard not to make these hat wigs funny 🤪lol. My favourite for under a hat would be Belle tress due to their low density and minimal to no permatease, which makes putting a hat on much easier of course! And then their fibers are heat friendly which give them a less shiny and more matte like appearance. ❤️
Aw sorry! There aren’t any halos by Belle Tress. I was just referring to low density wigs that are easy to wear under hats. ❤️ We actually don’t carry any HD halos
I’m thinking a visor with a regular wig would be more comfortable for me. Otherwise I’m afraid I’d forget and take my hat off, shocking those around me and embarrassing myself. 😁
regarding airport security: I cover my hair for religious reasons. I often wear a hat or scarf. When you're going through security it will take a bit longer because if you say you can't remove your hat, they'll do a manual pat of the head area. I've never had a problem. I do have a story of going through security in the Bahamas though... too much to write here, but it was fine and friendly (even sweet) , just took longer than usual.
@@chiquelwigs Right, they won't stop you for a wig, but they will ask you to remove a hat. You can tell them you can't take it off and they'll so a manual check. I sometimes just can't keep my wig on for so long and need to get into something more comfortable. Thank you again for the great video! 🥰

I think that they make hat wigs with the hair permanently attached. My friend took an older wig and cut it down and sewed it on to the cap, 🧢
I have a couple of headband wigs. Never tried hat wigs. I don’t think I would wear them.
