12:34 u cant wire all the bateries with differend charge levels because they will try to balance charge between them and that culd result in i fire because they will heat up a lot they have to be the same charge
This is one of the first videos demonstrating how it’s possible to pull lithium batteries from old disposables in order to be used for other projects. I’m sure this video is going to explode in no time. Be prepared for an influx of views and subscribers man!
Thanks! Glad to see you enjoyed the video! I have been a little busy with school but I hope to release more videos soon and hopefully put all these batteries to good use!
I gut the battery out of all dead electronic before biffing the rest. These batteries have so many uses, it just comes down to your imagination. Ive made torches and remote control boats with these vape batteries.
You would have to find a datasheet online for those specific batteries to know for sure. I don't have that info however so I can't say exactly. A safe discharge is about 1C which for these batteries is 260mah. Anything lower would be considered 'safe'. These are LiPo batteries which are known for high discharge so I'm sure you could pull more than 260mah. I suggest you get a load tester and see how hot the batteries get by pulling more power.
@@rezsolutions2916 thanks very much for replying, and i need small battries for a Robot project i can't use normal 18650 battries because there are too large (this robot cant be over 150 grams ) and i cant find any battries to buy so i got 2 3.7 500 mah battries out of disposable vapes and i cant find any data sheet the robot needs 1 amp avrage and a max of 3 amps is there any manual way to check if it save to use them like using a multimeter or feeling how hot is it ? Again thanks very much for reading

Thanks. Saw this. Been using these batteries for solar garden LEDs
probably mentioned it, watched a few recycling lithium vape battery videos today, you'll probably need a regulator to charge these safely.
Very creative. Greetings for Brazil Bro!

Your the man!
Serial + paralell, all same type. It would make a perfect upcycled battery.
Thanks that usfull video
Good video! GOD blesses us all always amen!
Thank you!
Thank you!
hi, do you know the maximum discharge rate of these batteries?

Where did you get your charger??
zhiyu zpb30a1, available from all over the place, I'd give you a link but RUclips doesn't like that.
The link is not workin sir.. wanna have a charger like wt you have
Almost any buck/boost converter with adjustable voltage and current would work. For these small batteries you could also use a tp4056 module.
Wow nice
Thanks!
Lithium-ion battery not lipo. Lipos are flat. Lithium-ion batteries are both flat or round.
I've seen plenty of lipo cells in a cylinder config, they're not that common cuz of puffing cylinders but you'll find some in vapes
