Smart guy. A year of options thats what I do or 9 months and above. Love the real world examples those are the best. Also from my point of view when it comes to options everyone should use the tools they are familiar with after doing the due diligence/thorough research, technical analysis ect. Love these option trading videos.
I'm a details guy. At 7:37, your callout arrow says the calculation is "Option Premium to Stock Price ratio...". It's actually "Option Premium to STRIKE price ratio", is it not? Which one should a trader use?

So if you aim to sell the call option before expiration. The breakeven point doesn't matter that much right? If the stock and therefore value of the call option goes up you can still make money right?

Even if you get very close to the strike, you still lose it all? Why not just buy the shares on margin if necessary so if it turns south you can just sell it and cut your losses?

Is it based on technical analysis only or there are others considerations, for example getting too close to expiration date? By the way your videos are amazing! Doesn't Opt/Pr ratio hugely depends from DTE? (more life of option => more costly it is). Also probably Delta (greek) could be take into account ... options is not an easiest instrument.
I have traded call options for years... I make 100% every few months, but right now, BTC is blowing the call options out of the water. Why not just take the dollars in my options account and buy BTC? It takes the stress of finding the next option, developing the exit strategy, etc. Been wrestling with this over the past couple of months. Insights?
90 percent of call options lose money 💰... whose on the other side of that 90 percent ? .. I imagine the investment banks funding the exchanges, who might also be the same people funding the leverage .. nice .. kerching 🌞🌴🥂

my bad, the date I thought was June 2021. I have that on my original spreadsheet - so yes that is ample time if 2022.

it is a simple rule of thumb for people to use as a guide. Once I start going deep too fast I lose people.
