Sir you explained this exactly how it should’ve been explained. Although I myself failed in csat 2023 despite being an nitian but now i realised the reason was not toughness of questions but the panic that these questions created in exam hall because the questions asked were bit different and were not anticipated in conventional sense of this paper. But I highly think that most of the teachers teaching csat to non humanities background students is totally rubbish. They are solving a basic fundamental question through using some nonsense tricks which will not work in exam hall. Whoever is reading this comment should not try to learn these tricks rather should try to learn the concept which will always work. And yes i failed csat because i didnot study csat even for a single day(due to overconfidence)
In q4 the correct answer should be 45 option d not b bcoz at the end raj is left with red shoes only but in worst case scenario he can get all the right or left shoes and in 45th attempt he will get the full pair
The title says how to easily solve. It's easy to say things by hiding behind screens and get everything solved before uploading. The real pain and target is getting all these questions done within 2hours..

Pehla question he galat kr diya bhai ne. Explaination : 34 attempts, no red shoe. 35th attempt = one red shoe(lets say of right foot) comes. now 9 shoes in the box are still right foot shoes left. So he takes 9 more attempt and got all right foot shoes which he can't wear since he wants a left foot shoe. Therefore 35+9= 44 attempts still no perfect pair of red Now he makes one more attempt and he will get the "Left foot Shoe" 44+1=45 Answer = 45 "Common sense is not so common"
