Company appointment letter says that company may or may not give notice period for termination and vics versa employee can resign with or without giving notice. Only payment shall be done if notice period not given or served respectively. Will they release if I give money as per pro-rata?

Sir my manager is okay with my early release im on bench but still hr is forcing for 90 days notice period wht should i do there is a buy out option but he is denying it
