If you haven't seen him sing live his cover of Adele's song Rolling in the Deep. It is well worth the watch. It is just Chester singing and Mike on the keyboard. That was in 2011 at iTunes festival in the UK.
Mike knew that was when Chester was his happiest. Mike knew that Chester was able to really shut his mind off while on stage performing so he was at his happiest. Chester just loved being on stage performing for the fans and just hanging out with the fans as well. Mike knew this so he always cherish those moments when his best friend was at his happiest.
The best live performance for the song a place for my head is live in Texas because he goes absolutely crazy on that performance. Chester was his own sound effects machine because he could do just about any sound with his voice and it was crazy. The sound you hear at the start of the song is Chester.

There is anywhere from 30,000 to 150,000 people at that concert. It is Rock Am Ring festival in Germany that they went to almost every year. I wonder if it shows up on the Richter scale with all those people jumping at once in 1 place?

@@Ethan-wr2os it was Crawling that Chester asked to have removed because it was putting too much strain on his vocal cords to sing. Chester actually wrote this song and he was getting frustrated because he was made to rewrite this song about 32 times.
