Legal Bombs: How We Make Explosives And Not Go To Prison

  • We lost track of how many times people commented on how we can make bombs all day long and not end up in prison. Legit prison where Jake would have to join a Latino gang and change his name to Jaco. Well, Sean decided to break it down magic school bus style and explain in great detail how we make bombs, explosives, and destructive devices without getting put in cuffs.
Our secret: knowing the regulations as well or better than the federal agencies. Sean has spent years going over the rules and regulations so that we can make tons of explosives and our bomb lab doesn't get shut down. As much as we appreciate FPS Russia's content, we definitely don't want to go down the route he did.
This video covers major topics such as National Firearms Act, ITAR, and other regulations that allow us to make things go boom and do it publicly. We also cover topics like why is Tannerite legal? Can you own a grenade? And why can't you buy a javelin over the counter? We aren't lawyers so don't consider us sound legal advice. We can just explain what we know based on our knowledge and experience. Watch the video and hopefully this will quell some of the idiotic comments such as "this isn't legal" or "these guys are totally going to jail."
If you want to hire use for consulting or expert witness services, checkout our Ordnance Lab LLC's sister company, Ordnance & Energetics Consulting LLC at www.ordnance-consulting.com.
Yea..............we aren't going to jail over this.
Our thanks to @sportsmansguide for making this video possible.

Sorry for not putting out as many videos as we were shooting for. We have been super busy building our new super secret squirrel lab site. Jake wears several hats of filming, editing, chemist, engineer, and part time cook. Sean has been swamped with legal stuff, financial management, traveling abroad, and arranging the arrival of our new buildings. Once we have all our stuff built up we will have a new and improved dedicated lab to really pump out the good stuff!

Could you try making real rambo arrows? Real ones with impact fuse and explosives in it .Should be quet easy if you have lathe or know someone that has it . You could use nail and primer for a impact fuse.Shell for arrow made of aluminum can be done in two parts -one with fuse and other one with thread for arrow .Hollow 2 spheres can be joined together with superglue.
Would be supercool video -you could use crossbow for safety.

      @kirbyjoe7484 2 года назад +23

@@joeisslow1638 Yeah, if you think it's so free in Texas try to go marry one of your male friends there. Texas is not particularly free for a first-world society nor is the United States for that matter. We used to be. About 25 years ago we scored in the top 15 most free countries in the world. That was pre 9/11 and pre-Trump. Those were two big recent hits our country took when it comes to how free our society actually is. In the most widely researched and accepted studies done on this subject, we went from being rated somewhere in the mid to upper 90s on a scale of 0 to 100 down to the low 80s in recent years. To put that in perspective we used to be as free as places like Canada and Great Brittain and now we sit at the same score as South Korea. Let that sink in for a moment. South Korea.
The ironically named Patriot Act, in particular, gutted our freedoms like nothing that has come before or after it, with the possible exception of the rise of the Jim Crow laws starting back in the late 1800s or the Japanese American internment in concentration camps during WWII. Fun fact: Germany wasn't the only country that created and utilized concentration camps during WWII. We did that too. Go look it up.
We currently have the largest portion of our own citizens locked up in prison of any nation on earth ever. Seriously, we even beat tyrants like Kim Jong-un, Sadam Hussein and the Communist Era USSR in this regard. The Chinese keep a smaller portion of their own people behind bars than we do. Go look it up.
Remember, often the person that screams something loudest is the one who is trying to convince themselves. If you look at any of the countries that score perfect 100s on the freedom index you will notice none of them crow about how free they are. None of them even mention it, because unlike us, they don't have any need to convince themselves or others of it.
Look around. Pay attention. Our freedoms are being taken from us one by one and the only time anyone pays attention is when it's related to the 2nd amendment, and although our right to bear arms is important, it is not nearly as important as some of the other rights we have lost recently which nobody even seems to notice let alone care about.

I'm not a liberal or conservative just fyi, and what I'm about to say doesn't necessarily express how I feel on the topic, tho I do want to play a little devil's advocate.
It is about control, and the people who signed these laws into place know it's about control - it's a law! Laws are specifically put into place to try to control what people do.
Secondly, law and morality are not always two sides of the same coin - while right and wrong are personalised to an individual, it makes sense that not everything legal is moral, and not everything illegal is immoral.
Thirdly - not everyone will be happy with every single law in their country, for example, laws conservatives may sign may be seen as oppressive to a liberal, while laws made by liberals may be seen as overstepping and infringing to a conservative.
My point is this: right and wrong are subjective and context dependant, varying from person to person,
and every law in history has made someone upset.

Tannerite is technically made of an explosive mixed with additional fuel. Tannerite uses ammonium perchlorate (AP) and ammonium nitrate (AN). Both AP and AN are explosives, but they are tertiary explosives, difficult to set off unless you have a lot of them. Adding in the fuel makes it a secondary explosive, much easier to detonate than AN or AP on their own

No the FEL is to manufacture and SELL. As an individual you only need to register the item with the atf before and after destruction of it. Avoid the red tape by not storing or selling anything and your good.
Federally that is.... states can impose their own regulations so check with your state before you do anything !

The DEA used to require agents to be competent enough in organic chemistry to manufacture the drugs they're searching for. Ig so they would be able to quickly identify drug labs.
