Merry xmas Agam! I think the issue with relic book power, in general not just for upcoming kazeros raid, is the droprate. Increase droprate, lower the price. It could also be alleviated somewhat if they come with a T4 frog event. Do i think SG will do any of this before kazeros? I doubt it, but one can hope. Regarding kazeros raid i'm worried they're gonna design like thae g4, where there's multiple tight arenas to fall off if you get hit by normal patterns or 1shot critical normal patterns, and if 1-2 dies you cannot clear it cuz there's a final timed phase that serves as a dps check. As much fun as progging thaemine g4 on main was, i detest the design the more i cleared it on ilvl with alts on public lobbies. Now with 1660 hyper awakening chars it's no issue anymore cuz you skip the worst parts and even half of the first fight, but on ilvl this was completely trash. SG did also say that they designed it to be cleared with almost full trans, which begs the question: what will the new "trans" for kazeros be and will it also require high completion of it? And how much gold will that new system cost, that could have been spent improving on relic books, gems and honing instead? (or maybe on the new karma system you guys have). In general the gold income since T4 came has skyrocketed for my roster, but with T4 gems and relic books made 2 of the systems i was 100% finished on main before is only 10% finished now. Anything new added to that list, especially when brand new, is gonna cost 80-90% of the weekly income of gold if on-release elixir/trans costs are to judge by (no idea how much karma costs yet). I hope when KR players complain about the books now, that SG does something that reduces prices by like 50-75% at least. And maybe later they can complain about gem drops so the T4 lvl 10 gems goes closer to the old price of T3 lvl 10 gems. After that maybe complain about elixirs again, which only went from slow shit to fast shit with loaon update (it needs to not be shit at all). thanks for the content!

Honestly as a global user, I'd rather rankers leave and the game can finally transition from being paid for by the few p2w rich to being paid for via subscription + skins or something more sustainable in the global perspective. I get that the problem is happening because of rice farmers generating too much gold and selling it in RMT instead of raising their own chars, but RMT is against ToS even in KR and they really just have to start enforcing that, just as why bots need to be eliminated here for the same reasons. P2w drives away too many players here. As for relic books, their prices should tank with Kazeros 3 also giving guaranteed relic books, but we'll see whenever it comes out.
If rankers leave, no extra content push(streamers leave), no big spenders to fund game and less people to carry end content. This is what happened to Tera Online and after only jail raids until everyone quit. 😢

it was more like 30% difference between the whales and normal players the whales just were bad at the game at the time before echidna i had a 1630 reaper 25 weapon 4stat bracelet 77stone 97quality weapon 40+ dmg elixirs with critical set the highest geared reaper was nearly doing 50% more dmg per hit than me after echidna i had a 1650 reaper same weapon same bracelet 99stone 99q weapon 45~ dmg elixirs with critical set the strongest guy was hitting for about 30-50% more than me now with t4 i'm at 1700 21weapon same bracelet 99stone 50/50 elixirs critical set and the top guy is again 50% more than me i don't have books i don't have gems and i don't play with turbo whale supports thats the difference tbh 20% from books 10%~ from gems 15-20% from support so imo nothing really changed in terms of the differences a whale is still about 50% stronger than me but in comparison being those 50% stronger now costs WAY more and is considerably harder for me to reach for also class balance and skill difference are a massive factor to dps varriance in parties you aren't running meter so you can't say a few %s differences in parties the top dps can be double the dps of the lowest guy and the underline can still be upright
