Veer is just SO smart! And Brij is so caring! And Zoya, such a responsible oldest sibling! I (30F) never get these intricacies as a single child but definitely feels so good to see a big family here! I love Uncle S's sarcasm, I crack up! My A grade goes to aunty Z for raising perfect kids and trapping the perfect man! 🤣❤
The relationship between siblings is completely determined by how the parents treat each other and each of their children from birth, and the children's closeness to their parents. If parents differentiate between the kids, play favourites, compare the kids to each other, ill treat one but pamper the other, and dont actively encourage love and closeness between the siblings and with themselves, it will dramatically affect the relationships between the siblings. Love is all that matters. If parents love all their kids equally, though it may be differently, then the siblings will totally love each other or else not. unless the siblings band together and protect each other against cruel.and indifferent parents, who abuse all of them equally, then it can lead to a different kind of closeness, where it is the siblings against the world, only they understand each others' pain and sadness. So lovely to see this close and caring family. ❤
@@moutussiacharyya7510 There is no way parents can treat each child exactly. Impossible. There is love for all of them. However, each child have their own personality. A parent unconsciously or consciously lean toward one or the other because of the child’s demand, temperament or various other reasons. The most important thing is for the child to feel loved
Zoya’s face drops when her dad calls her “not smart” and is constantly bringing up her dating life. She is far more than that. She mostly deflects but called him out once for not calling her “beautiful” as he is always calling his son handsome and complementing his physique. She probably had to take a therapists help to deal with the self esteem issues this behavior by her dad caused over a long period of time. Also agree with the other comments , the girl boy conversations are not jokes and definitely cringe. In spite of living in a very liberal city, the parents are still trapped in their minds with gender biases.
This podcast is getting better and better. Your family enlighten me sooooo much . The topic is so interesting and how each of you express it is so clearly. Loved it
The parent's favorite is definitely Brij no doubt. We have witnessed it in the podcasts. And Shalab is borderline obsessed with Brij. I feel bad that Zoya never gets an A grade the parents are biased against her. But I have to say it is so heartwarming and endearing to see their sibling relationship. These kid are great.
@@luigi6132 yeah and I also feel sometimes they disregard Veer’s opinion a little too much. Especially Zarna it’s like she gets impatient when Veer is talking. Idk I may be wrong but that’s how it’s coming across.
The awkward thing is it wasn't said as a joke. She actually didnt want her 3rd child if it was going to be a girl. And she does this sarcastic jokes to what she thinks people's mentality is regarding gender disparity in India when her own mind is not that far off from that. Kind of a hypocritical move. 🙄 How did they just move on the conversation without addressing it? 😂
I am late to the Garg party, but I've watched a couple episodes now and I love all of you. So funny! Zarna & Shalabh, you have done an amazing job raising thoughtful, smart, beautiful children.
I tuned into this episode seeing it's title. It waa heartening to see all the three younger Garg's bonding so well. It made me nostalgic. I do wish to see them through all the testing times in life if there are.
Shalabh favouring Brij has been evident almost through all episodes and Shalabh knows it too n Brij knows it too.....Zoya for all her sincerity n having the head in the right place needs to b applauded every single time n Veer is simply the best... the 3 siblings are the best...i hope that each one remains happy at the other"s success always ❤
You are all so blessed. When I was 5 my younger brother drowned so I grew up an only child and my parents were fine by the time I was 21. Everyone should be blessed with siblings💗🥰
I have one sibling a sister I wish I had a relationship with her. We haven’t spoken in 30 years You kids always stay close, no matter what even when your significant others come along keep that sibling bond tight
Since Shalep reads the) comment( please excuse the spelling) plz do longer podcast!!!! 30 minutes is not enough it ends so quickly !! It is like therapy for me.
I loved Zarna’s expressions. So cute and funny 😂❤ Veer is cutest, sharing room I hear you😢 Zoya my favorite always, I understand the older sibling’s responsibility OCD. Liked Brij too in this episode on how he was trying ti explain each sibling can be different and to respect the differences. Zoya is trying her best to set an example but even if you both don’t land up in the best as her you will still be the second or third, which is better compared to others🎉 It is clear that Zoya is Mom’s favorite. She likes Brij too… and Brij is Dads favorite. Veer is world’s favorite!!!
the way brij speaks is so similar to how fahim from ‘this is not a podcast’ speaks. also, the way zoya speaks reminds me of shyamolie from the same podcast speaks. such wise words ❤
Thank you for these amazing topics and podcasts. In one of the podcast it came across that one of you is into sustainable living, guess Brij. About towel washing - for Veer you could try the thin cotton towels that dry in minutes and there are soft and a bit rough versions as well of it. The rough version can be great for exfoliation. You get them easily in India, you might get there as well called pancha towel. Papa and mama Garg might know this one better.
May be you should start lectures on how to raise the best kids....I really want to know how you raised such brilliant and mature kids. Nazar uthaarnaa please.
Shalabh got a lot of slack in the comments.....and while i did not think that i would agree.....after watching the episode...i do agree he needs to be more sensitive in talking to Zoya. She is a great person
Female foeticide is a huge issue in India and many parts of the world. Why make a joke about it -if thats what you were intending or were you serious -so sad if you are
Brij is super protective of his siblings.. he has a heart of gold.. awesome young man
More than zarna or shalabh, I feel like zoya is the reason why veer and brij are so awesome. Full credit to her for being such a role model
Shallab and zarna are raising 3 phenomenal brilliant kids.. I admire these kids how outspoken they are.. so grounded.. love you guys.
For a 12 year old, this boy is super dang intelligent. . So eloquent..
Veer inspires me to plan a third child. 😂😂 He is so smart!
@@soninim I have three kids and I will say youngest is the smartest. I love the comments he make . His brother and sister is so loving towards him👍
@@vlu3517 Couldn’t agree more as I am the third child 😂
“The girl’s mother” comment sent me 😂😂😂😂😂😂 Shalab you are hilarious.

The light switches, the name brand colleges, we want him to be president of America when he grows up.
i wish and hope one of these sensible kids saves america one day

He is the oldest son, of course he is the favorite. That`s at least how they seem to think.
I love Zoya's thoughtfulness and such a great achievement of being at Stanford....she is so beautiful
Just loving how the episodes are maturing ❤❤ and a canvas for so many families today.. thank you
A+ to Zarna for so brave and authentic.
That statement on having the 3rd child if its a boy is unacceptable and the whole family just ignored that as nothing out of ordinary. UNBELEIVABLE👎
