O my Goodness Bob had me in tears with his poem this year. There i am trying to relax in the bath and I no long need to top up the water as its filling up with my tears. As this year is my first as a mum I can now see it from a parents prospective. But as someone who tried for a baby for 16 years plus I will simply try to cherish the time and be thankful for it as the old me thought this would never be my reality. I love how grateful all of you are for all of the things that you have. All of the money that you spent the season two do secret Santa gift shopping and whatever Christmas challenges you filmed the items didn’t just go and sit somewhere they were put into what you guys were actually getting for Christmas. It’s nice to see a family that isn’t just throwing money around and showing off their wealth for once. It’s also a nice change of pace to see a young man JoJos age who is grateful, albeit sometimes a little confused, for everything that he is given. He always says thank you even if it’s some thing that he’s not so sure why you’re giving it to him.

This is apparently my first year watching you guys. That poem was absolutely warming and genuine. I started to cry. I have yet to celebrate my Christmas or even my son's 5th birthday on xmas eve due to covid. And this just absolutely warmed my heart. Your poem Bob it made me cry I have 2 children, one is flying his wings soon, one will stay with me as she has severe learning difficulties and will need care throughout her life, as a parent you just want to keep your children close, but you also know you need to let them grow and move on with their lives and to embrace the change, we learn to be thankful for the amazing human beings we have raised and be proud of their accomplishments. Somehow ended up on this video, today, September 8th, my mom’s 60th birthday. Bob’s speech.. oooof. Time, and the evolution of family dynamics.. it feels like one minute you’re in the present and the next, everyone is a decade older and a decade has gone by, and everything is so different but…weirdly always been the same.

They had stopped for a while again, but I’d purposely binge a few of,d ones to keep the algorithm recommending new ones to me. RUclips can be so weird sometimes. I have full notifications on, and yet rarely even get a notification when you guys upload.
Bobs speech about Christmas evolving and time evolving in the background as I was mulling over just how grown JoJo looks, and just how quickly it seems like my own life has flashed by was poignant. It had me reflecting on how present it felt in 2018-2019, for example. And how now, that’s the past. Memories. It felt like yesterday. It signified just how far things have come.. for all of us. We’re all hurdling forward. Time just isn’t stopping for any of us. Every day, every moment feels like the right now. But then suddenly you realize the past feels like yesterday and you feel like it flashed by. It’s just poof.. *it’s been four years since then*, etc. You find yourself momentarily disoriented in this new reality, but it’s also wholly normal, wholly right as it’s the now, the here. You consider how you’re living right now, but before we know it, THIS will be the future. I’ve done it before. I anticipate myself stumbling across this comment a few years from now and leaving a “yep..time did fly” comment. I’m rambling, sorry. But it just got me thinking about how much I really really wanna appreciate each moment. Not just for the now, to enjoy the now, but also for the future, to remember it all in as vivid of detail as possible.
Merry Christmas. I just celebrated celebrated 2 days ago and yes I did go to the cemetery to visit my grandma & grandpa and put flowers and wished them a merry heavenly Christmas and then I went to my aunts house for lunch & dinner and I spent some time with my cousins and my aunts & uncles except for my cousins and aunt & uncle that are in western Australia, and I did speak to my mum over the phone on Christmas. I did open 2 of my presents from my dad and my brother & his girlfriend did get me a present but I get to pick them out to match with one of my present I got this year but I can't wear it till march. I just get to spend some time with my brother & his girlfriend. And yesterday was boxing day and now just getting ready for Nye to find something to go with my dress and got to get some snacks to take with me to the venue as I'm going somewhere to celebrate Nye and I have to prepare for Nyd. Happy new year.
@FamilyFreedom yeh I certainly have, and I didn't do much this week, and I have to get my eyes checked later on today and chill and tomorrow I have to go to the dentist to get my teeth cleaned and checked . And I am certainly going to the tennis with my dad because I'll see a few cars for the Australian open, especially in my street and the kid that lives on the same street as me they will go pick him up as my dad already had spoken to his mum and I know he's playing the singles, doubles & mixed doubles as it starts next week. Yesterday had been hot outside, and I had to make sure I had plenty of water to hydrate before I faint again if i didn't take my meds and plus not having anything for lunch and by march, summer will be over and I'll be back at karate as well, to prepare myself for the April grading , and I have spoken to my mum and she might come down to see me but i don't know when because she will be back at work tomorrow and I'm still organising stuff for my holiday as it's a bit early to go on the cruise, and in 9 months time and to celebrate my 21st birthday and then I'll be back home maybe after that and continue till December before I break up for 6 weeks again during summer .
aww next year will be jojo’s first christmas as a teenager! this year was my last year as a teenager 😢 loved bob’s poem about change and time moving. getting older is very sad to me but i love how in bob’s poem he wrote about how its just evolving and that it isn’t a bad thing just bittersweet🤍

Bob, I forget how beautiful your writing is and it makes me tear up each and every year. It's so special! The beginning about the changes of Christmas really got me. I was alone yesterday, but facetimed Mum while it was still Christmas back in NZ too.

Lovely poem, what a lot of lovely presents. My daughter turned 21 and she and her partner moved into they new flat together and it is the second Christmas without my mum so It's very strange without them both been here. miss them so much. I am from leeds. I love watching your viedos.

Wait…. Wait… Guys slow down! Man, JoJo is so grown up! I haven’t watched admittedly for about a year and half. I’m not sure why, I think RUclips just stopped recommending and I have a very ADHD brain and only remember what’s right in front of me lol. And now JoJo is so much older already. That feels bittersweet. I miss his adorable, youthfulness, that sweet sweet little boy! But now I’m excited to get to know a more mature JoJo. And I’m so glad he’s such a happy, healthy, growing young man! He’s so handsome, as always! And so talented! Wild.. the family has changed so much but still feels so authentically comfortable like always. Man.. wow.

They had stopped for a while again, but I’d purposely binge a few of,d ones to keep the algorithm recommending new ones to me. RUclips can be so weird sometimes. I have full notifications on, and yet rarely even get a notification when you guys upload.

Bobs speech about Christmas evolving and time evolving in the background as I was mulling over just how grown JoJo looks, and just how quickly it seems like my own life has flashed by was poignant. It had me reflecting on how present it felt in 2018-2019, for example. And how now, that’s the past. Memories. It felt like yesterday. It signified just how far things have come.. for all of us. We’re all hurdling forward. Time just isn’t stopping for any of us. Every day, every moment feels like the right now. But then suddenly you realize the past feels like yesterday and you feel like it flashed by. It’s just poof.. *it’s been four years since then*, etc. You find yourself momentarily disoriented in this new reality, but it’s also wholly normal, wholly right as it’s the now, the here. You consider how you’re living right now, but before we know it, THIS will be the future. I’ve done it before. I anticipate myself stumbling across this comment a few years from now and leaving a “yep..time did fly” comment. I’m rambling, sorry. But it just got me thinking about how much I really really wanna appreciate each moment. Not just for the now, to enjoy the now, but also for the future, to remember it all in as vivid of detail as possible.

Merry Christmas. I just celebrated celebrated 2 days ago and yes I did go to the cemetery to visit my grandma & grandpa and put flowers and wished them a merry heavenly Christmas and then I went to my aunts house for lunch & dinner and I spent some time with my cousins and my aunts & uncles except for my cousins and aunt & uncle that are in western Australia, and I did speak to my mum over the phone on Christmas. I did open 2 of my presents from my dad and my brother & his girlfriend did get me a present but I get to pick them out to match with one of my present I got this year but I can't wear it till march. I just get to spend some time with my brother & his girlfriend. And yesterday was boxing day and now just getting ready for Nye to find something to go with my dress and got to get some snacks to take with me to the venue as I'm going somewhere to celebrate Nye and I have to prepare for Nyd. Happy new year.

@FamilyFreedom yeh I certainly have, and I didn't do much this week, and I have to get my eyes checked later on today and chill and tomorrow I have to go to the dentist to get my teeth cleaned and checked . And I am certainly going to the tennis with my dad because I'll see a few cars for the Australian open, especially in my street and the kid that lives on the same street as me they will go pick him up as my dad already had spoken to his mum and I know he's playing the singles, doubles & mixed doubles as it starts next week. Yesterday had been hot outside, and I had to make sure I had plenty of water to hydrate before I faint again if i didn't take my meds and plus not having anything for lunch and by march, summer will be over and I'll be back at karate as well, to prepare myself for the April grading , and I have spoken to my mum and she might come down to see me but i don't know when because she will be back at work tomorrow and I'm still organising stuff for my holiday as it's a bit early to go on the cruise, and in 9 months time and to celebrate my 21st birthday and then I'll be back home maybe after that and continue till December before I break up for 6 weeks again during summer .

aww next year will be jojo’s first christmas as a teenager! this year was my last year as a teenager 😢 loved bob’s poem about change and time moving. getting older is very sad to me but i love how in bob’s poem he wrote about how its just evolving and that it isn’t a bad thing just bittersweet🤍
