You should be able to align the reticle inside the display and on the BDX app. Good info though and right on with the magnets and watches.

Eley Tenex and Match shoot fast in my Vudoo too. Many to those lots have good SD's (between 4.3 to 6.0). Most Eley lots average 1130 to 1140 FPS whereas Center-X averages 1080 to 1100 FPS. Generally, Lapua Center-X or Midas + groups better with my Vudoo.

Thanks for the feedback. I am quite surprised by the velocities I was seeing with Tenex. I did order some more from a different source, along with some other Eley I want to test out just for fun. Even then, I will be sticking with Center-X.

I would never order from Sportsman's Warehouse based on your story. How could they send such an incomplete unit ? Amazing.

Yeah, no kidding. It was likely on display at a store and they just put it in the original
box and shipped it. Not cool to sell as new.

I hope it picks up targets better then my 2400ABS....it's disappointing I have friends with much cheaper range finders. That can pock up targets I can't.. Even with a tripod I have to range something about 20 + times to pick up a range and it seems to have a lot of trouble after about 700 yards is the laser on this much upgraded from the 2400??? Thanks

I noticed my cz was factory tested with RWS so bought a few bricks of rifle match. I chrono’d it at 1080 out of my 16” barrel but it seems to have better dope results at 1115. I get similar SD’s and ES as you.
I’ve heard vudoo chambers prefer lapua over eley, so not surprising with the tenex

That display in the Kilo 8K is really nice. Your return of the first Kilo 8K was totally justified, but it's a bit ironic how you don't like or won't use most of the accessories anyway haha. That big pouch it came with looks like it could be useful for something else though! Also curious what you wrapped your tripod legs with, is it gaffer tape? Cheers

The wrap is Camo Form. It’s basically a bandage wrap but in various camo colors for hunting, etc.

Eley match and tenex also shoot faster in my cz457. Also, just curious, what is the thing you always have hanging around your neck with your name on it?

It's a credential holder that I use to carry my ID's, credit card, etc.

Heard about so many problems with Eley and the Vudoo that I'm not even going to bother trying it in my rifle.

Good video ! Enjoyed. You never seem no matter the ammo with your Vudoo no jams or mis feeds.
Recently saw a Vudoo video on Mag needs to fit snug in vertical position, no wiggle. Do your mags have any play in vertical
    fit? Thanks!!

    • @ocabj
      @ocabj  2 года назад

Yes, my mags have play in vertical. If I push all the way up on the mag with pressure and try to close the bolt, it will stop the bolt movement. Granted, all my centerfire rifles with AICS compatible bottom metal with have the same type of vertical interference.

Good info…thanks!! Enjoy the vids very informative . Thanks for giving your opinions on things you purchase like the rangefinder from Sig…honest about what’s good and maybe not so good!
