You will find almost all the things here in Germany (online or offline). Bring Masala. Dont bring things that have less shelf life, I dont think bringing vegetable or paratha is a good option. Frozen items like Paratha, I havent thought about it.
In check in luggage you can keep. Obviously not a alot but yes one bottle (500gm/1kg) would be okay. You are not allowed to bring ghee in cabin luggage.
Scissor you can easily buy here for 1.10 Euros in euro shop, for gold there is a limit you cannot carry gold worth more than €430. You might hve to declare the jwelleries in advance and pay custom tax, otherwise you will have to pay fine if caught.
