We the people are ultimately in charge as ALL branches of our government and military? DO ultimately answer to the AMERICAN PEOPLE and nobody else.
It's grown way beyond what our founding fathers meant it to be. And has been corrupted for so long that there's corruption in every aspect of all departments and agencies. 250k employees in the homeland security. Over 200k in the FBI . It's insane

This is the minimum that we should do. Everything in AI is moving at a breakneck pace, like it's wartime weapons research. Way too fast. You can't approach AI development like traditional software development (TSD), especially given that TSD has gotten very sloppy. It's to the point that paying customers are now unpaid beta testers, which just isn't right. We need to rise above legalities and focus more on what is ethical and moral. You can't predict what AI will do. Once done, you can't undo.
