In 2022, I’ve learnt a lot as an individual person, a partner, a daughter and more. I’ve realised I didn’t get to spend more time with my family in the past and this year I’m glad that I made effort to go back and visit them as much as possible. Also, I threw away all the toxic relationships/friendships and appreciate more who really showed love to me! I’m slowly moving towards my goal and I’m looking forward to 2023!

2022 是个不错的一年！平凡中很感恩也很珍惜。今年我改变了蛮多 开始注重健康的生活和开心的生活了，当然还有很大的快乐就是看你的vlog，想跟你说一声谢谢你！jovane,谢谢你带给我们的温暖。。。今年疫情开始开放，但是因为疫情后，我开始学会了保护自己的健康和关注身体，少了熬夜，发现皮肤真的变好了非常多啊，今年我也认识了很多不一样的人，开始觉得多认识人是一件很有意义的事情。 会看见别人的故事，对我来说非常有意义。。。我以前比较少主动与别人交流，比较内向，今年我真的学会了慢慢打开自己的心和别人交流。人类有同类是件很快乐的事情！！我今年也开始运动了哈哈哈因为以往太多肥肉了每次拖延症拖了很久。最重要今年我学会了“感恩一切拥有的，珍惜满足带给自己的快乐”。祝福Jovane 和所有的朋友在新的一年都能找到自己生活中的小快乐，大家都要身体健康哦！
Hi Jovane, really love watching your vlogs. This year has not been easy tbh for so many. I’ve learn to spend more time for myself and especially close ones. This 2022 has been nothing but a growing year in terms of mentally, emotionally and through my career as well. Watching you achieving your dreams and ticking off your Wishlist gave me a sense of motivation to strive goals on my own which made me restart my RUclips channel although I have a full-time job but at the end of the day it’ll be worth it. In this 2022, I named this year as special year. This year is the first time I leave my family and go to a unknown country. It’s a big step for me to grow in this country. It’s not easy for me, because I learned how to be brave and courages to move on. I also learned to be grateful as well. Because even though in this foreign place, God provided good people surrounded me! 在2022 年 懵懵懂懂也就快过完了，在这年 没有经历很大的波浪 但是也不平淡。。。在今年更加重视真正的做自己 真正的快乐 以前为了不拒接朋友 会浪费自己的时间出门应酬 。今年，我学会了要更从自己的心，让自己舒服和开心最重要。。。今年奶奶的健康没有太好，让我特别感受到生命的珍贵和时间发给我的变化。。。时间还是改变了很多东西 。。。我懂得珍惜，懂得知足，懂得自己去找快乐。。。 我懂得把每一天都过得挺不错，平凡的生活也很快乐，要向你学习，把生活把自己都变好变快乐！ 向你学习也给自己立下一些小小的目标。。。平凡中也不忘记 小小努力努力！ 以前的目标太大了 前几看不到改变，会很迷茫很沮丧。。。今年我懂得把目标都变成小小一个，完成起来也很有成就感。。。今年我还学会了身心灵健康。。。去做瑜伽真的让我很放松！ 我今年还有学会了珍惜时间哈哈哈不睡觉睡太多。。。以前可以睡到3点 现在大概10点起来看到美好的阳光也不错哈哈哈！我也开始不花太多妆容了先把皮肤搞好。。。自然也很漂亮。。

2022 biggest takeaway is to learnt about give and take. 取舍是一门很深奥的心理学, we shall not take things or even people for granted 😢 what left for us may not be what we expected but will always be the most suitable one at the right moment.

Wah，礼物都很美。2022年学会了其实别人对我说的话又是不是刻意伤害而是情绪处理不好随便发的脾气，所以不要因为受了人的脾气而去生气和发脾气再第三个人身上。就不要太在意别人的一些不好的评价才不会闷闷不乐，要及时行乐，活在当下，把握好时间去做好自己想做的每件事，不用因为别人而停下脚步。

2022年 學到的東西有太多了 但我最開心的就是 學會如何愛自己 尊重自己的內心 變得自信 成為更棒的自己❤ 我自己本身是一個很在意別人感受的人 這看起來是件好事 但我並不覺得，因為我在生活上跟朋友相處的時候變得格外的小心翼翼 很怕自己說錯話 做錯事 在做每一個舉動之前都會先想像別人會怎麼想 這也慢慢讓我失去自信 忽略自己 不自信的時候就會自我懷疑 不敢表達自己的想法 什麼都自己一個人承擔一個人消化 表面看起來沒什麼 但實際上是不快樂的 至到有一天我一個非常要好的朋友跟我聊了很多 那天是我最開心的一天 藏在心裡的話都一次過說完出來真的很舒服。也因為那位好朋友 我清醒了 認清了自己的人生目標 我認為生活是自己的 不應該因為別人而影響自己 而是要做自己 做讓自己開心的事 提升自己 我開始慢慢的找回自信 不再因為別人而影響自己的決定 學會了尊重自己的內心 聆聽自己內心的聲音 我也依然相信吸引力法則 只要自己變的更好 總有會欣賞自己的人 所以真的很高興自己在2022學會了人生中的重要課程之一❤ 千萬不能迷失自己 永遠都要學會愛自己 只有讓自己變得更好 才會吸引更多人 更多的愛❤

2022 的 takeaway 有點多，但最重要的是自身健康.. 我 mco 期間得了輕微焦慮症和憂鬱症 到了今年逐漸好起來.. 可是卻在一年內中 2 次的 covid（2 次都很辛苦） 而在我中的期間 我體會到健康真的很重要 人生沒了健康 就沒了一切 :’) 第一次影響了學業 第二次影響了實習.. 從小就體弱多病 只是沒想到健康可以影響那麼多東西（身心靈）學習如何照顧自己的健康是這一生的必修課，有了健康才可以守護一切 守護愛你和你愛的人 🫶🏻
在這裡 也很希望 jovanne 可以健康快樂平安幸福 🥰 無論在做什麼 都有幸運神照料著～ 2023年會更好！大家一起加油！✨
