Correction: HAJJ MUSA SEBIRUMBI was an aspiring for parliament for the then LUWEERO south constituency in 1980 elections!! He ran on upc ticket! A muganda but very good friend of Obote he lost the elections to DP STRONG MAN JOE SENTEZA !!!
He was very active in the security of his constituency during Obote 2 but he was later arrested and tried and convicted of murder and sentenced to death!! President Museveni signed his death sentence in 1999 and was hunged!!!
