Yes for Berea you can choose to take only one. In other schools if you take TOEF they will still need SAT or IELTs which are far beyond English test. I would advice SAT with Essay as it serves for English proficiency and you can use it to apply to multiple schools

Berea’s minimum is 980, so 1000 would do, probably not competitive enough. Usually the SAT test center sends the results direct to schools if you gave them the school code

I applied as a freshman international student. I do not remember mentioning that I was going at the university. Do not quote me, but only mention this if you have attempted applying to Berea before
As long as it is within Berea's minimum requirement you should be good. Work on your other parts of the application. Scoring high is definitely always the safe route

On the application form, there is a code that you should give the test center, www.berea.edu/admissions/wp-content/uploads/sites/2/2017/06/International-Application-Instructions.pdf Then they can send the scores automatically, but also include them in your application packet
you take a copy of your sat score, high school transcripts, and you also print out the application, fill it up with a blue pen and include all of these in a file, you send that file to the college via dhl or fedex, as an international student you can’t apply online.

Another thing to consider, I don't think my country is already represented in the enrolled students at Berea.
