Hey Shiny Films I started a RUclips channel and I use hitfilm but I was wondering if you could make a video on how to do the scribble animation on hitfilm like the scribble animation on adobe if there is such thing any ways keep up the tutorials there very helpful.
Does this work for Transitions, such as zoom transitions, to apply to any two clips? Davinci Resolve can do this easily but I was hoping to be able to do it in hitfilm.Thanks
I'm trying to use a Composite Shot in order to save a template for making TikToks, where I've edited the aspect ratio of a Twitch Clip and then duplicated it onto a second track to create the blurred background effect. Now I'm hoping to be able to save this as some sort of template so that I can simply replace the footage in the template and all of the transformations and effects get automatically applied to the replacement footage. If I try to manually drag the replacement footage into the Composite Shot it doesn't save any of the effects or transformations and same goes for the editor timeline. I've also tried looking for a replace/relink/etc option when right-clicking and can't seem to find one
Nice, can you tell the properties of matte? because i put matte effect on my text, set the source layer as background, but the text is always visible, not know how to fix it LOL
Thanks for another great tutorial. Hitfilm never streamlines it's software. What is the point of the publishing setup? Just give the composite these abilities automatically and save me several steps. What we (I) need is imagine stabilization not just those goofy tracking points.

Hey bro...so here is a problem i am facing.....whilst making a video on hitfilm express 12...i import that video n then if i wanna make a composite shot n type a text it works out fot the first time....but further ahead if i wanna make a second composite shot ahead in the video....the composite shot screen opens up...but am unable to type a text...i play with the text settings,increase the font....change background etc ,but when i go back the font size reduces back to one ,inspite of increasing it....its only when i restart hitfilm,it allows me to add text to that composite shots...its getting frustating cause for every composite shot text that i have to type.. i have to restart hitfilm...cause of this text glitch....can u offer me any suggestions...would appreciate it...thanks!
You should make a video how of to overlay music into your videos because I know how to put audio into my videos but I want to not have the audio showering over the sound effects making them unhearable

This is so extremely convoluted.
For some reason, when I try cutting out a clip and making it a composite shot, it gets blacked out.

If a composite includes another composite, how do I save it then? It won't let me save and says it contains an embedded composite shot...
