The order of events is as follows:
Demitri joins the battle in SVC CHAOS, meaning that a bunch of Capcom and SNK characters get Midnight Bliss forms.
Terry's was a particularly horny design and thus gets a ton of fanart.
A decade and a half passes.
SNK Heroines happens, and a particular subset of fans finally get their wish.

@@langying If you're talking about Alice Nakata, she wasn't made until 2006. SvC Chaos (which foreshadows both KOF 2011 & Mega Man Zero 3) came out in 2003, after KOF 2003 and Mega Man Zero 2 respectively.
