Sadly they have dropped the ball with communication with a couple of my clients right now but I do know that the end result will definitely be worth the frustration. Most of this is all related to Covid and labor shortages/supply chain issues, etc so I know Main Street isn't intentionally trying to disappoint anyone, so I try to give them grace. It's an odd time in the market. That being said we are LOVING our Augusta and would absolutely go through the process again!
Enjoy your videos. We just entered into a contract with MSH (sorry, we were already represented). My only criticism with this particular video are the costs associated with your hidden expenses. You really need to add ++++ to the costs you show. Window coverings for an entire home could easily eclipse $10k and adding a fridge and laundry pair will be at least $5k for anything decent (if you can find it). Otherwise, great information. Keep up the good work.
Congrats on the contract to build with MSH, very exciting! Don't expect a perfect process at this point in time but the end result will be stunning. As I have said before I try to give them grace given that the conditions of the market are challenging for practically every builder with lots of delays and issues around every turn. It isn't too hard to spend more on some of those hidden costs but I didn't want to be too dramatic with the pricing haha! Thanks for watching and leaving a comment!
I ❤️ Main Street Homes as well! Building with them as well. Great customer service and quality.
