- Garlic Potato Bites | Potato Nuggets
Vacation Time Recipe for Children. This can also be served in starter snacks or even in a tiffin box of children.
ingredients:
1 Cup = 250 ml
2 no - Potato Boiled and Peeled and Grated ( Red or Normal Potato)
2 tbsp - Corn flour
2 tbsp - Fresh Bread Crumbs
1 tbsp - Garlic Chopped
1/2 tbsp - Chilli Flakes
1 tsp - Pizza Seasoning or
Mix Herb
1/2 tsp - Black Pepper Powder
Salt to taste
1/2 tbsp - Butter salted ( Amul )
Mix it Well , Roll it and keep Roll in Cling Wrap
And keep this Roll in fridge for 1 hour
Batter :
4 tbsp - Corn Flour
2 tbsp - Maida
Salt to taste
Add water little by little and make batter runny Consistency
Remove roll from fridge and Cut into pieces
And deep in batter and roll into Bread Crumbs and in medium fast flame fry till golden
