There was a guy that was freestyling about me and my girlfriend as we walked past, sounded really good, but we were on a mission. When we walked past an hour later he was still going, and i stopped and gave him a few dollars, gave me a memorable moment about my trip with my girlfriend.
Time shares are the worst!! My wife and I have been to 2 in our 3 years going to Vegas together and both times we told them no for 3-4 hours straight and the “closers” are absolutely rude and make it so uncomfortable but at the end of the day idk if its even worth the cash and free tickets
We love you for doing this video Jaycation, wow i learnt so much, if i didnt watch this video then chances are I would of been scammed by now lol, you did an amazing job, weldone
In addition to the hustles mentioned in the video, another hustle I encountered when I was in Vegas a month ago for the Kraken-Golden Knights game was a couple of stalls in The Park (the area between Park MGM & NY NY) that were selling fake Golden Knights jerseys. These jerseys were not authentic (there was no NHL logo to indicate that they were authentic) & were cheaply made out of a cheap polyester but yet they were charging the same amount as if they were. In addition to the Golden Knights, the stalls were also selling fake Lionel Messi Inter Miami shirts, fake F1 apparel (especially Red Bull) & fake jerseys of English Premier League clubs like Liverpool & Man United. This is something to watch out for when attending an event at T-Mobile Arena especially if it's a Golden Knights game.
To be honest before I started watching videos from you and Norma and turn it up world , I would never have thought that some of this stuff is such a scam…
My wife and I hustled the time share. We waited out the "salesmen" until we got the one thing we could not afford on our first trip to Vegas. We waited until we got the free Night time Helicopter Ride over the strip, as well as a bunch of free play and food, We sat through the presentation, saw the wonderful time share then spend about 1/2 hour saying "No, not interested!!" then left with all our goodies. Got free breakfast too. Well worth it for us. Just DO NOT buy into the time share :)
I had a woman tell me about a Shrine that was in fact damaged; I did win that night in various casinos after I gave her some $. I always have ear buds in my iPhone ready to go; eyes forward, in my own little world.
Love "The Buck in a Cup" guy. He brings a smile to my face. I'd give him $5 just for that alone. To me it's a scam when you pay and the money isn't used for the reason you donated or told one thing but actually something else. If you get what you want or expected then not a scam. Gentleman's Clubs and taxi drivers. Just do your research before heading out. Had a family member waste 4 hours on a timeshare presentation years ago for a free buffet for 2. Not worth it. Another rip off IMO is make-up places that pull you in on a special and try to get you to spend hundreds, even thousands, of dollars for at-home facials, etc. There's one at Casino Royale and on Freemont St. Thanks for the heads up Jaycation.
@@Jaycation Glad to hear from you. I know you are always busy, being an international celebrity! You seem to be a solid individual. I will be around, maybe even SD one day. Be safe, and if I can help you in any way, let me know. I go to LA on Friday. I can’t leave without experiencing weird Fremont. Anyway, please stay in touch. It’s a 40 minute flight, so I can come again. I think you are a friend, and Cher lives!!!
I mean, is telling (recommending) people they should go to certain places because they get paid a commission or a flat fee for doing so, regardless of the quality of the place, because they get paid to do so, a good or bad thing? It's easy to point the finger and say, "bad cab driver," but I see influencers and the media do it all the time.
Those timeshare people are the worst. My family and I attended a meeting offsite from the casino. Wasted 3-4 hours of our trip. Then to be pushed by those timeshare representatives to purchase timeshares. Never again.
Omg we got hustled at the grand bazaar shops with the time share people 😭 At least we hit it big from their free gambling voucher! Overall though, 0/10 do not recommend, stay away from those Westgate hustlers!!

Here for the Elvis on the thumb haha.
Tony FTW!
The CD pushers are the worst

They love to throw the "ras!st" word around. My reply? " I didn't realize that AHOLE was a race."
I’d give the buck in a cup guy a couple bucks any day over these other hustles😂 he’s funny asf
yup haha
The fake monks are everywhere 😂😂😂😂
seriously running wild!
@@Jaycation yup
@@Jaycation I saw on another vid those fake monks make over $1000 dollars EACH per day on average!! And there is NO Temple...
I've never seen one despite seven trips.
@@markcummings3146 WOW!! I have seen them EVERY trip, they are pretty much everywhere from Fremont to the entire length of the strip now...

🎉🎉excellent perfect warning ‼️ video!!!😊
thanks for watching!
Awesome video 👍 great debate 🤔 for me, I feel a hustle is when someone gets your money, but you're walking away unhappy.
@@bighand1530 You can still have an awesome time in Vegas even if you don't like gambling.
So true!
yup
no need to gamble
When I was there last year I saw the guy for the buck in the cup and he is hilarious! Thanks for highlighting him.

dont want you to get scammed!
...for 2024.... With Mermaids casino in the background to the downtown shot😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
mermaids?
@@Jaycation just before the 5:00 mark you have a shot with "Mermaids" and "Glitter Gulch" in the background. Those have been gone for years.😎😎😎😎😎
I saw monks and show girls. Also homeless between Mirage and Forum shops. The best way to avoid them is to hustle by as fast as you can.
nice use of hustle in a different way haha

good call! just keep walkin
Like why are Monks walking around in Las Vegas🤣🤣🤣
exactly!
NONE of them are allowed to ask you to pay for whatever they are pushing - they can accept tips only.
If I'm making good money at the casino I usually throw them a couple of bucks they have to eat too. 🤔
good on you!
Timeshare hell nah will never do it again they can't take no for an answer
Lol
The Buck in My Cup guy has 86K on TikTok?? 😳
Yup! Crazyyyy huh!
I avoid all of these scams. The monks are the worst.
dont let em put that bracelet on you!
Have done timeshare presentations just for the "free" gift, but usually were unable to use the gift because of a schedule conflict or hidden fees.
yup waste of time
He never shuts up. Like the song that never ends. But... He's awesome!
Put dat buck in a cup!
Another hustle is...oh nvmd. Lol
The street dancer get pretty pushy and mean

Real monks don’t ask for money

I don't go to gentlemen clubs in vegas. I live in the strippers club capital in America where it's totally nude and alcohol
