The fold and unfold on the Ant would drive me crazy! So many various steps, looks so clumsy next to the Yoyo! I'll definitely be sticking with my Yoyo which I love!
accw34 this is what I was thinking! When Im taking a cab alone bugaboos are soo complicated to fold and its not like I can tell the driver to hold the baby for me! I think the babyzen looks much more easier to be folded and less time too
accw34 I just tested that. You can fold and unfold the Ant while carrying a baby. Give no excuses to buy the Yoyo, the Ant is absolutely superb compared to Yoyo.
Although Ant is harder to figure out at first hover once you have worked it out it’s great. I love how it looks and that it can lie down when need be and can be seated when need be.I have no complaints.
I used my Yoyo+ from when my bub was born until now (12 months) - LOVE IT SO MUCH!! I don't like the look of the Ant as much as Yoyo+ and the fold is definitely easier with Yoyo+. Two things I like more on Ant is that (1) it's got reversible seat and (2) you can roll it!
Great vlog, hard choice between them, love to see the accessories comparison, does the rain cover, cover the full stroller ie the whole hood and sides, cup holder foot muff, in England with the weather can you fold the ant with the muff on, ride on matching bag, and the new born accessory 🥰
I’m curious to know how it stands in terms of comfort for baby!!! I love my Yoyo for its functionality but don’t feel it’s really comfortable for my baby as he’s always slipping down in it. 😕
I've heard quite a few complaints that the Ant is too short and narrow for their 2Y but it came to my surprise that the seat is longer than the Yoyo by a lot. Not sure if those reviewers had tried Yoyo though.
@@MagicBeansVideos unfortunately, this is either the wrong link or you haven't shown it yet? Why is it so hard to find videos with the newborn version? Bugaboo has one bit turned off the comments for it. I guess that's because this just is not a very good thing for newborns.

I have the Yoyo and tried the Ant, and I think the Yoyo still wins. It's lighter, the folding mechanism is incredible, the seat is wider and more comfortable for the child, and the wheels are sturdier yet still compact enough to bring on the shoulder. The folding mechanism for the Ant is ridiculous. Where will I put a crawling baby while opening/folding the stroller? The Yoyo is also 100€ cheaper. The Ant looks nice, as expected from Bugaboo, but I really can't see how it's made to rival Yoyo except catering to Bugaboo only fans.

Depends on the airline. Generally, it does count as a carry-on. If baby has their own purchased ticket, it can easily count as baby’s carry-on bag if baby doesn’t have their own suitcase. Some airlines are starting to be more baby-friendly though, and don’t count a compact stroller as a carry-on. United used to count my compact stroller (I have a CityTour) as a carry-on, but they no longer do! My last few flights with them I’ve been able to take the diaper bag and stroller on board without counting towards our carry-on allowance.

Ant is a beautiful piece of engineering but it just doesn't appear to have been tested with real parents. It's impossible to fold and unfold when on your own carrying a baby in hurried travel situations. The seat looks flat and skinny and feels exposed and uncomfortable for baby in napping situations. I imagine this would appeal to first time parents who travel with help / partner and who are generally ignorant about how important it is to be able to do things one handed in as few steps as possible. 😂
I agree, that this cannot be done (easily) one-handed. But it doesn’t take that long to fold 9 seconds vs. 3 seconds. This is a travel stroller so it’s not going to be as lux as a full sized stroller. I’d suggest stopping by a store to see for yourself. It’s actually pretty nice. Thanks Eli
