Hi Naush, nice vlog as usual. I make Brussels Sprout a lot with different recipes but my go to recipe is the roasted one. U don't need to boil em. Just cut in half & first drizzle some olive oil & then sprinkle salt, black pepper and garlic powder. Mix it & then roast em on 450 ° F in oven for 25 mins cut side down. U can shake and flip the sides in between. They will be crispy & really tasty. Not bitter at all. Try it & u'll love the recipe ❤️
