Or even a video about tool to benchmark vsan performance metrics, i know that hcibench is relevant here but how to tweak it in order to reflect different settings like threads block size etc... it s just an idea that can lead to an interesting episode. Thanks a lot
If it stripes when the vm size is above 250gb , why we are not seeing Raid 0 when we are checking. Just witness only gone. Could you please clear my confusion.
Sorry I missed the concatenation, but it's weird in other situations it showed Raid 0 but for auto striping it just showed concatenation,i believe there will be a reason behind that
Good catch.. What I have been told, when we select to do striping it will split the component into equal parts - Raid 0. Data is then striped across the sub-components.. . However when the system automatically stripes a component because it is larger than 255GB the sub-components are not equal size, it will fill the first sub-component then the second.. Hope this helps. Have a great day.
@@SarathKumar-uv2wg go into the RVC console and check the number of components - Beside each will be a "Vote" as long as the number of total votes is an odd number that is how it is maintained.. Really weird on some situations.. Have a good one.
I attended the official course and I confirm this information is far way better than the official course by VMW, Thanks!

@@TechUnGlued got it , thanks
But now got a new query 😅, when we are stripping in Raid 1 witness is going off ,then how quorum is maintained
