Should GOP gain both Congress and Senate and the WH, they should immediately move to amend the Constitution where word is added to spell out that non-citizens cannot vote at any level.
Additionally, I like them to pass a law that any "illegal" or "asylum seeker" that breaks the law anywhere USA territory, they will be subject to Federal prosecution, regardless of level of crime. If they are here at the mercy of the Federal Government, the Federal Government should hold them accountable for any/all violations, yes, even J-Walking!
2nd, any State/City that claims "Sanctuary" to illegals, loses any/all Federal Funding. If they do not want to be part of the Federal system put in place to keep us safe, they should not use Federal funding to undermine Federal Laws.
Finally, we need laws to hold DAs and Judges accountable - If they, at their discretion, release criminals and any of these criminals commit crimes, DAs/Judges that facilitated this should at a minimum be removed from their position or face criminal charges themselves. I understand that these DAs/Judges are elected officials but, I do not think they are elected to cut criminals lose and expose us all to life threating situations, a daily occurrence these days.
