That was incredible! I have always felt my palace was this white luxurious room with huge open no glass windows with ocean breezes coming in. A huge black grand piano. Relatives in uniform. Closer observations it was my 3 uncles who served during WWII together. This answered so many things I thought were my secret hopes and dreams. When I wondered about the wall with no Windows and Ocean you said no judgement.
That was an absolutely wonderful experience. I usually find it hard to meditate, but this time I found it absolutely relaxing and focused and left with such a feeling of absolute peace. Thank you, James!

Thank you for the first time I actually could be free of the mind wondering with disruption I'm not sure why I'm crying yet happy tears I came to meditate with you to stop the negative going on today with family members It actually worked I'm so peaceful I just don't understand why I'm smiling and crying but not anything to do with the negative I can't explain it I feel relaxed not stressed actually empathetic so to speak & free of all the negative drama from before this meditation I have never been one to be able to meditate without mind chatter I really didn't plan on meditating I can't explain it I typed in guided meditation by who I trust Its mind blowing at this moment I don't understand why but feel no reason to try to find an explanation & loose this peaceful feeling inside Bless you James I love your work and I don't know how what I typed brought me to this meditation but Thank you so much Does any of this make any sense I don't want to over think it & loose the feeling better then before pushing play on the 1st guided meditation Wow & by you who I really believe in all you do Amazing

I really struggled to visualize. i'm just learning about grounding and protection so i think an easier guided meditation would be better. This feels more for advanced learners
