I tried Copilot in Power Automate last week, asking it to reproduce a flow that I've been using for years ("Send me an email each morning with the weather and my calendar events for the next 4 days"). I thought this would be a good test since I already knew what the flow ~should~ look like, what actions it should contain, etc. It actually did a good job of suggesting the actions and even applying the correct expressions. However, it left key fields (like the body of the email) blank.
In the end, for tools like Power Automate, I think this will be helpful for those just starting out who really don't know that what they're seeing as one step is actually several actions inside a flow. I'm not sure how useful it'll be for more experienced users, though. I do have a number of old flows that are due to updates, so I might see if Copilot makes that process any easier.

Thank you April, I was kinda struggling to understand the added benefit and usage of Copilot, this definitely made it easier to get a good idea of its potential. You're awesome

Great video April and looking forward to the series. Are you going to touch on the aspect where you walk through actually developing your own copilot using, say, JavaScript with OpenAI? I hope you do as I've started playing around that but need some guidance. Grateful if you can point me to a resource that can help while a await your video on that. I've watched a view videos on how it works in Power Apps and Power Automate but yet to try it myself. Now that it's coming into GA, I hope to dig my feet into it deeply.

I predict co-pilot will be renamed, shortly, to something like Co-Pilot Designer. It will be a standalone tool. You type what you want and it produces an entire Power Platform/Azure/Dynamics/Office365/Fabric/Website app solution with all components integrated with each other. It will deploy your solution and eventually be able to produce the code first view of it, also.
