Yeah.. We in high school did 12 minute bhangra in an annual function... Man the practice literally sucks energy out of you... But on the final day.. It's just adrenaline rush due to crowd/audience that u don't feel tired.

@@muskanrollno.1824 no never underestimated Bhangra..It's good energy with easy steps like hands up n down move side with legs up n down. Many Panjabi ppl working in Gujarat and Mumbai. Basically Gujarati doesn't go to delhi or panjab side for working. Like in Ramleela Deepika done toughest Garba..Garba - Danidya seems to feel like more authentic meaningful with folk dance and people just get into the rhythm.. Garba is just next level. Loveyatri songs like Dholida & Choggala sounds more authentic .Though we respect Bhangra too. but sometimes Bhangra sounds too noisy with over hype sound whereas Garba Dandiya is not Overhype and ppl feel more interesting..

The reason I was looking, I remember a bhangra drumming group at the California State Fair (Sacramento) that was pretty awesome, and later hearing some great music in the San Francisco Bay Area. Maybe if you were around Kings Cross, and the evening, the crowd would be more into it??
