As water is added in dry material to make it wet concrete and then placed in shuttering particles slides to readjust in pores and voids reducing the volume of it. ... 1.54 is multiplication factor for converting wet volume into dry volume

1meter =3.28ft.,1ft.=12 inches 13inches ÷12 inches =1.1175 inch.
6 inches÷12 inches=0.5 inch.

And for for steps___ height convert into inches then divide into rise height ...exp. height 10 ' one rise is 6 " 10×12 =120inches 120÷6 =20 step r req.

Where did you get the denominatiion of 1.25 in cement.Is their a constant value in your formula.
Nandz Orzales volume of one cement bag is 1.25cft so that he divided that amount with 1.25to get no. Of bags required.
Top to top height 10'+6"slab thickness=126 inch if floor height is 10' clear. It will need 18 steps of 7" standard riser 18X7=126
