They were always viable, having less moves doesn't make something worse. Roku movement alone was insane, blackleg doing insane m1 damage with only 300 points and having one of the best guardbreaks, fishman had crazy damage and bs combos and mink was actually kinda mid but the E move made up for it cause it was free damage and stun.

Also, in the counter to the Inverted Spear of Heaven, can you please improve it. Because the last battle of the pass on the blych there were stark guns and there were 3 abilities, it is not fair that starkgan has 3 abilities and the Inverted Spear of the Heavens has as many as 2. Phoeyu can make the Inverted Spear of the Heavens so that there are as many as 3 abilities and that it is the first legendary weapon without scale as in stargan.
