Heyyyy! Love your videos, just an advice, don’t make the bed right after you get up , you should pull the sheets back and leave it totally open for at least 1h to prevent bedbugs and allergies , you’ll see that you won’t have a clogged nose or sinusitis anymore or at least reduce the symptoms! 😘

Yes, I always air it, perhaps not so long but around at least 30 minutes with an open window so the whole room ventilates even in freezing winter. When I change the sheets I take them off and let the mattress air exactly the same. And from time to time I hoover it.

Don't feel bad about not being able to drink a gallon of water! I was drinking 3 litres of water a day (almost a gallon) but my GP advised me to drink no more than 2L - I did some research and more than this can in the long term be bad, flushing out to many nutrients your body requires! Love this video xxx

it can definitely be dangerous to drink a whole gallon a day! it can make the bladder overactive, cause issues that are opposite to dehydration and just make you go to the loo too much! trick is to just drink when you're thirsty and ensure the colour is clear. so these challenges encouraging ppl to drink far more than needed/encouraged are probs harmful. just keep hydrated but not tooo much!
I've missed these type of videos!!! 🥰 ps: don't drink a gallon of water a day, I know you said you couldn't, but I'm just putting this out there for people who do. You CAN overwhelm your kidneys and if you keep drinking too much water, cells burst and need to keep regenerating, but also you can wash out important electrolytes! Just a friendly warning, y'all 🤓

Hey Gabbie,i spoke to my Gp and a freind who is a nurse about drinking enough,they both said we only need to drink enough to satisfy our thirst,there is little evidence to show that drinking loads will benefit,as long as you drink what you can manage you will be getting water in your food especially that melon! xx

I've been using it for a couple of years now but still grudge the price! Used to use one from Body Shop that was £5 a bottle and I miss it so much since they discontinued it! I love this stuff and all the idea behind it, etc., but if I could find a cheap alternative that suited me I'd definitely switch.

I can't wear tampons either, but I also struggle with pads as I'm allergic to them so it causes a lot of irritation. I use Thinx period underwear and haven't looked back since. Feels like just wearing normal underwear, no bulky pads or anything, and then you just stick them in your washer :)
Definitely remember that fruits/veggies are packed with water too, so your lil watermelon additions are also helping you out with your intake 🥰

I wanted to design my own function of beauty shampoo and conditioner but they use silicones and I don't use silicones on my curly hair (because then you need a sulfates to get them off and that dries your hair... Vicious cycle lol).
Sulfates dont even get silicones out of your hair. They can take months and months to be scrubbed out! (Fellow curly girl lol)

Water consumption is hard. I drink about 4 Litres a day and it took a year to get there. Just pace your self and take your time and just get to where you wanna be :) Good luck and Happy Hydratig

@@velvetgh0st they are less uncomfortable than tampons but if you prefer pads (same!) there are reusable pads available and they are soo nice!
Gabriella ♡ I hate tampons but I adore my menstrual cup. You don’t feel it at all when it’s inside.
Reusable pads are my jam. 😊 The biggest thing with them is to remember to bring a plastic bag out with you to put them in to take home to wash.
You could even just get some organic/cruelty free/biodegradable pads! I use the brand TOTM, they have a subscription service online but they’re also sold in Tesco and a few other shops 😊

Cups are awesome!! I started using mine almost 3 years ago! I love it! I feel so much better and cleaner with it then I ever did with tampons or pads. I’d love to see her try it and do a video!

Hey! Have you noticed that the only people who promote drinking lots of water (2+ litres) is bottled water/water bottle companies? Your bodys natural thirst reflex/headaches etc is a good indicator of how much water you really need! (your body is super smart) and drinking too much and forcing yourself to drink extra when u don’t feel like it can actually make you feel sick and isnt that great for you - if you drink loads then pee loads its not actually doing any good because its coming straight out again

I super recommend it! it's weird, for me it's really changed the whole vibe of my period, cos it's like you now have a special little self-care kit, instead of needing like, weird disposable medical supplies or something, if that makes sense. There are so many beautiful designs on etsy to choose from, it becomes like this fun accessory to collect haha, and knowing that another woman has hand-sewn it for you, it just feels a lot more personal instead of a nuisance. I was worried about the comfort/cleaning but they are SO comfortable, it actually makes me mad that i had to wear weird plasticy noisy nappies for like 20 years 🙄 it just feels like soft underwear. the cleaning part is seriously a non-issue as well - i think the way disposable pads absorb liquid makes it look like a lot more than it is. I recommend shopping around on etsy and getting one or two here or there to try out and find your favourite fit/design, and then you can build your collection from there 🙂 you can check out youtube for cleaning/storage tips, there are whole online forums and communities on the topic.

I would check out how much water you should drink. Not always a lot is better. I've always read and heard that it should be between 1,5 litres and 2. That would change a bit in hot boiling summer like we have here in Madrid that is usually from 35 ºC up and you perspire s lot. When you drink too much it seems that you start loosing minerals that you need for a healthy functioning of your body.

you should probably aim for 1.5 to 2 litres, that’s the recommended amount as far as i know! xx

Why box dye your hair if your considering bleaching ? Grow your hair out. Just except the colour it is for now and get a better outcome later, I go from black to blonde a lot and my best results are when I grow my box dye out.
