I guess they have to go to Belmont now because the 1 1/2 miles certainly won’t hurt him from what I saw here. He didn’t just hold on he was drawing away. I love horses and horse racing, but I always feel so bad for these horses when they win these big races and need to be cooled out and they make them stand still for 10 minutes to take pictures. They should speed that process up so these things can get cooled down faster. You take more pictures later he’s got a good hour walking and sips of water ahead of him.

He is a really nice natured horse. Most thoroughbreds are very. Intelligent. It’s amazing what they can do even after they finish racing.
