I hit Greyboy with the same quest and beasts, used some undead to boost the quest and my beasts were chunky creatures.

on turn 13, against the ghost, the attack order never got out of the leftmost position 🤣
Every time i have undead in the lobby and this quest pop up, i ista pick and hard force undead lol. Havent lost a single time, 9k mmr (ye not much i know)
8k mmr is where you could be matched with top 1 player lol
So yeah that is a lot
This is what I do as well, getting close to 11k :o
Imo this quest is really good in mech/undead lobbies
The disappointment of cooked book being so hard to complete, majority of the time, gets to me
