if defender's shoulder turn, I should use the step in last video , and if defender reduce the speed or stop ,I should use the step in this video.Is it right?

Yep was teaching my boys the goosie a couple of months back, they weren't quite getting it, so I demo'd and pulled a hammy!!😂
