That would be a cool feature to have on other TASCAM recorders. I haven't worked with MIDI since 1994. I used to work for a duo team on a boat that had I beleive was a rack mount PROTEUS 16 bit synth sound module that actualy sounded pretty decent when piped through their CARVIN powered mixer. I've searched high and low for that exact module to add to my studio but have yet to find one.
That always stinks when you've had a great piece of equipment that you can't find again. I was lucky, I had a BOSS RPS-10, a cool pitch shifter that broke. I was lucky to find another one years later.
Please do more 2488 tutorials! I just bought the 2488 Neo off of eBay, I already have the DP24SD and I learned everything I know about the DP24SD from your videos. Thanks so very much for your help and your channel! You do awesome work!! Keep it up please!
This came up on my recommendations feed, looked pretty cool, figured I'd share it with the rest of the class 😉ruclips.net/video/gx0hs3ozcyA/видео.htmlfeature=shared

just FYI, its pronounced Mid-Dee, not Mee-Dee
Must've been a slip of the tongue, never really thought about it.

It's too bad that they don't sell these anymore. The website doesn't exist. I would consider getting one.
