- Gaggia Cadorna Prestige bean to cup machine with 14 one touch options. Four different profiles so that four people can save all the different one-touch options in memory to retrieve it at any time. The machine allows for a tall cup and at the same time designed to take a small espresso cup. The machine has a ceramic grinder with 10 grind settings, 300g Bean hopper, removable milk carafe and a removable brewing unit.
I am sorry but why are we watching a product video made by the company that looks like it was shot on a $50 point-and-shoot?
That is 100% accurate... I expect more from Gaggia video quality.... Although it has nothing to do with the actual product it's just a bad look Gaggia.

Gaggia, was this filmed with a Nokia 3310? Such a nice brand, but the video quality is so 70s .. too bad :(.
may I ask why when making cappuccino the milk is too smoky when it's hot until it's dewy,btw my office user gaggia in indonesia
The extraction time of roughly 14 seconds for an espresso (15 with a dark coffee…) is too quick and very disappointing. And yet I set the grinder to the finest position. I understand that we cannot get same extraction times as with semi-automatic or manual machines but you have fully automated machines that have extraction times of 20 seconds (Saeco, Jura). As a result with the Gaggia the espresso I obtain is under infused and not satisfactory. I regret my purchase: Gaggia believes that people buying their fully automated machines do not know anything about coffee and try to take advantage of them.
Those hands need some moisturizer ASAP
hello, is it normal that the extraction duration is never more than 14 seconds even smallest configuration and the higher level of intensity?
That is about right. you tried using a fine enough coffee through the pre-ground schute?
@@GaggiaUkElland hello, no I haven't already tested the pre groun. but my problem is about the coffee which is grounded by the machine. I adjust the mill on the finest position. my coffee is a lugat cerrado mineiro.
@@tsamyn3589 All our automatic machines will product extraction time of about 14 seconds. If you wanted to make it longer, you can try more robusta in your coffee and make it more medium to dark. This will increase the extraction time. It will never get to the manual machine extraction times.
@@GaggiaUkElland thank you for those informations! For your information I am using a gaggia cadorna prestige. I am blind and it is easy to use because your interface is awsome. However you may improve some little things which can be very useful for visually impaired people. FOR example a touche screen is not difficult if the sound design is good. I did not take the magenta because, users can change the pre-set. If I don't know that my wife change the quantity and the intensity then save it, i'm lost. Anyway with some cleverness, it can be even better. Let me know if you are interested about my feedback. I can do it by e-mail if you want.
If u only could i would give this machine back highly disappointed machine is still in warranty have tha one only 6 months she was already twice in service i had to pay for shipping to this service.
Machine os loud lika a tractor grinder is doesn't sound like on this Video definitely not.
Water tank seems to be made of paper taking it off is a nightmare and verry easy to break. But must say the machine is making brilliant coffee no doubts.
But for this money there should be a timer and wireless access u might have some app at least to check errors.

What is the largest cup size in ml/oz that this machine can make?
you can use a 16oz cup. The dispenser is height adjustable. You also have a pull out tray for small espresso cups.
Does that mean it will brew 16oz max of coffee? Which coffee option do I select for this?
It is usually for a milk drink.like a large latte machiato or cappuccino.
