The flower in the begining of the film is from Rapunzel. The doctor-- dressed in the same colors as Mirabells mother, blows out a candle as a reference to Encanto. Maybe you could see the posies being cut down and coming back double as a call back to the hydra in Hercules. I'm sure there are more. I love that they did this, they cab get away with it because they are referencing actual fairy tales, but the styling indicates a friendly rivalry. My older kids and I had fun looking for the Easter eggs.
Not to mention Jack made a reference to one famous Fairytale picture from Warner Bros, the Wizard Of Oz. 🌪🧠❤👑 When Jack Horner was looking at a Crystal Ball which was possibly originally owned by the Witch Of The West. 🧹🔮🐒 And he also referenced the Witche's famous quote.... "I'll get you my "kitties" and your little dog too!" Trust me, you wouldn't believe how many movies referenced this picture. 😄
One ref that no ones talked about is Jack’s « magic » not-so-magic axe, that is surely a nod to The Shining Jack’s Axe, which look the same in both movies
Comcast/Universal owns all the rights to dreamworks. Don't worry. As long as disney ain't owning comcast and universal I honestly don't want sing, despicable me, the mummy, van helsing and mario be a disney characters like mcu and family guy
Universal/comcast would never be own by the house of mouse and they will poke fun of the mouse even if the mouse would get insulted or become a laughing stock
You forgot "The Hand of Midas" from "Aladdin and the King of Thieves" which is actually based on Greek mythology: ruclips.net/video/2RVrh7xYUYM/видео.html
When Jack was shoving all the mystical items into the bottomless bag, you also see Mickeys wizard hat also from Fantasia
You notice that too. I thought I was the only one that saw it.
😗
The sunken ship is actually a reference to gullivers travels

Don't forget the pumpkin and Fairy Godmother's wand
So many fairy tale stuff with homage and Johann Wolfgang von Goethe's poem from Sorcerer's Apprentice.
0:55 I noticed Shrek and donkey have a different animation than the early CGI from the early 2000s.

Ha yes référence to Disney....who is just using actual fairy tale so it's more of a ref to the original story than to the rival studio
This looks more like a collaboration
The flowers from rapunzel cuz the flower in Beauty and the beast is a rose
If this keeps up DreamWorks is going to be moving to disney.

@@ninjasolarteam Yeah, but in Chip N Dale, Disney got their revenge. 😈
Why was king Midas included though, I thought he wasn’t a Disney or fairytale
The Midas Touch or The Hand of Midas referencing Aladdin and the King of Thieves. I find it surprising no one knows about it
Then how do you know about it, and don’t say it’s because you watched the movie
@@Unknown3864 Childhood memories
cause this movie doesn't just included disney reference, literally every fantasy tale in human history
@@naliagonzalez4782 so you did watch the movie
it's not nods it's called jabs because it's actually making fun of disney
