Nothing like nature's fury. 👍🏻
Or my mother in law’s temper

Would you give it a thumbs up if it fucked up your home?
Lived in Florida for 30 years. Watching this gives me a storm face. Focused eyes, serious gaze, what's next look.
Been in hurricanes but these short burst Northern storms appear to be as terrible. The poor Northern Trees are not used to such force.
Blesses to all involved, past, present, and future.
I was making faces all throughout the video too 😂
@@bxi1547 😱
be careful in the storm
I feel for the people that lose their trees. I have a big locust that I planted well over twenty years ago and have cared for through bug infestations and droughts. I'd be heart broken to watch it torn from the ground.
Better the tree than you...
80 ft blue spruce in my backyard ripped up from a microburst
Do you mean lotus? Otherwise you're growing a big insect lol. I didn't know they lived that long! How big is it? You must live somewhere warm
@@canadianeskimogirl No, it's a Honey Locust tree. They grow in a wide range of climates. They don't live long for trees - Only 100 years at best.
Paula, I'm sorry about your Blue Spruce. They are beautiful trees.
@@authenticpoppy huh. You learn something new everyday. Thanks!
Mother Nature is incredibly powerful and shouldn’t be messed with.
It is all about theccreator of the universe people should think seriouslly about that subject

Who is messing with Mother Nature?
Truck Driver: Man I sure am happy to have an empty trailer to save on diesel and make it easier to go up hill.
Windstorm: Hold my hurricane force winds.
No doubt!
"Oh damn, I love those trees" 🤣
"Man in back: "Our mailbox broke....". Woman in back "Damit!!"
Unbelievable video, just unbelievable. Wow! The fury of Mother Nature at its best!
We got hit by a powerful derecho in Syracuse September 1998. It was dubbed the Labor Day storm and it left us in a state of emergency for almost a month. Those things are no joke
3:35 Karen more concerned about the mailbox than the trees. LOL.
Proof that camera man never dies!
only because the ones that do......... dont get to share their success.......
good luck
1:10 wow that’s a very strong tree, must be really healthy it took that wind like a champ
Pretty awesome! This is one of the best channels of its kind! Thanks for the uploads!
"Oh that poor tree"
I hate tree huggers!
LOL

Multiple people in this video are all "it is a tornado!" and only one actually stops filming to seek cover.
I swear that scooter going up into the air has to be the best! We're not in Kansas anymore
I've never seen natural disasters portrayed with such intensity and emotion. Truly a remarkable video!
There's nothing I love more in this world than Canadian home video commentary; thumbs up from me, dawg.
Damn imagine being in ur apartment and the roof flies off? I’d be more than terrified
3:49 that guy’s reaction…so understandable, and funny. Poor guy.
I like that lady who was super sad about the tree that fell on the road lol
I love storms, I love rain, I love the wind I also love the moon

Love the deadpan commentary on this!
props to the guys trampoline staking job at 2 minutes lmao
Never seen these videos before.
Best I've ever seen.
After watching, I don't want to call nature mother anymore.
I have an unbelievable wind story that is 100% true...
At my parents home, they had 2 trees that were in dire need of coming down, however my Dad's unexpected sickness & eventual death prohibited this from taking place, finances & time just didn't allow, then my mom became ill & passed in September (2021)
A severe storm came through in January or February and I just knew those trees were coming down, my oldest son & I were there at the house and we witnessed EVERY tree around these 2 trees bending & blowing like crazy...yet the 2 dead trees weren't even moving!!!
My mom had lived in fear of those trees coming down on the house, after she dies...they DIDN'T MOVE in a storm. Can't tell me my mom DIDN'T have something to do with it!!!
Both of those trees have come "back to life", also, the dead branches sprouted leaves, and as of right now, we think they can be saved. Those trees stood practically dead for almost 2 yrs, needing to come down. We just couldn't afford it, now my mom's taken care of it, because we STILL can't afford it...lol. Prayers and those who go before us have the power to work miracles!!!
I like that story. Mom Power!
Joy, some trees have a long deep tap root and can withstand strong winds. Others are shallow rooted and can be lifted back into place and replanted. Your trees might have looked dead but there was a lot happening within them. Blessings.
That's very sweet 😇💕
We planted a row of cypress trees for a windbreaker. Now they are all dieing so when the wind blows they fall. We have cut some of them down, but it's a mess.
Great compilation of vids!
@ 3:46 “We lost 2 trees! Front yard is gone.” Both trees and the front lawn went nowhere.
Maybe it was the brain that got blown out? 🤣🤣
@@xr6lad it sure sounds like it
I'm never going to complain about our windy weather again !
I love how u just get straight to the video
these fotages are so exremely crazy like i couldnt imagine having such wind.
A lot of this footage was taken of the derecho that hit Iowa and some of Illinois. I know because I was in it. Cedar Rapids, in particular, was hard hit.
I was just going to say that! I recognized so many of these clips!
That's what I was thinking, some of these are derechos or rear inflow jets
Hubby and I have been on the top of Mt. Washington in New Hampshire, but not on a day like that! Wild weather up there!
Yeah! That footage has always blown me away! No pun intended!
F in the chat for all the trees in this video
Amazing derechos!
Wow! These are some very strong winds & storms.
This happened to me before when I was in bed. A very windy thunderstorm happened at 9:00 PM when I was in bed on a Monday. I nudged open the curtains to see what was happened and I was surprised that tree branches were swaying all over the place. Normally, I wouldn't be surprised cause thunderstorms are quite common from where I live. I tried to sleep but then I heard a loud BANG, then I got really scared. There was thunder every 1-2 seconds, there was LOTS of rain and lightning outside, then I heard a notification. I woke up to see what it was, it was a Severe thunderstorm warning. And then I was able to sleep. The thunderstorm lasted for 4-5 more hours, then it stopped. Believe it or not, I've been outside in thunderstorms MULTIPLE times.
Call me weird but that trying to walk on ice/snow ,facing heavy winds looks kinda fun
That's Mt Washington Observatory NH
It does lol
Is very important to know what is going on , thanks for your information,

It's the same as saying "Poor Box."
I have scrolled so far
😢
Living in Illinois, i seen my share of these
I would be surprised of there weren’t any clips from Kansas
Witchataw Kansas
Those trees were so important to all those people. It’s sad that people lose their homes because of the storms that happen. But we have to go through it or it won’t be done. I’m sorry. Also 1:08 I feel so bad for them! 😭😭
Truly and fowl or birds cannot survive in a blast of that magnitude!💔💔💔
Ohhhhhh dame I love those trees had me dying😂😂😂
THE CHANNEL IS WELL NAMED.
I can watch these all day.
Better to see lost trees than blown away homes. Terrifying!
Absolutely not. Houses are nonliving constructs that can be fixed. Trees are beautiful, living and breathing beings, yet are vulnerable and many times cannot be fixed. You're claiming that a tree that has been growing and survived for 80 or 100+ years but is damaged beyond saving in seconds has less worth than a material object like a house? Talk about apathetic and backwards thinking.
@@emergencyfood3568 Actually thinking as a realist. If wind does damage to a 80 - 100 year old tree. It may have gotten to the end of it's life span. Not all trees like sequoia have an over 1,000 year life expectancy. As a realist would only hope the house my family lives in is structurally sound enough it will stand. Basically intact. Even if part of the roof is damaged. At least we're still given shelter. Wind storms often cause big trees weaker limbs to be snapped off.
The grand firs in WA state given enough wind the roots can end up uplifting an entire tree over 100 years old because of their shallow root system. An opinion based on observation only.
Yes, i agree with you. Trees are beautiful.
@@emergencyfood3568 So you're saying that if a wind storm destroys the home that you live in, you wouldn't mind if it doesn't affect your tree if you had a tree. I'm pretty damn sure you'd rather a tree get blown over than your house being destroyed.
Mother nature amazes me
What would I do without the sleepy narrator 😂
These types of winds are what I call tornado winds. I’ve been through a minor tornado as a kid in Illinois though.
Same
my home is 18 inch thick stone walled = windproofing + winter resistance, and slate roof [stone roof], mother nature shows us how to design shelter
Благодарю за информацию, воздух очищается и моря
If you have a snapped tree and you’re able..pick it up and put tape or support around it,I planted a tree then my kid stood on it(was knee high)and it broke in two,it’s now years later and the plumbing tape I used is still on and tree is doing great
De terror...es increíble la velocidad con que se desplaza el viento

What's truly unbelievable is the trampoline stayed put.......lol!
Love the profile pic!
🟩 The "scientist" who played with Mother Nature, and tried to go against the strong wind.
If I were him I would jump with the direction of the wind and set a world long jump record. He had a chance and he missed it.
The 2 trees that were uprooted @ apx 8:20 still had alot of roots still attached so should be able to re-plant !
LOL😭 if those were my trees, after the storm id me digging a big as hole and trying to replant it😂I care for trees

The lost trees say a lot about leaving trees on property, as opposed to planting after construction. The house I grew up in was built between the 1920s & 1930s; & the youngest of our trees had grown from a but a squirrel forgot about, planted when I was a kid. The trees were decades established!
When we had a darkroom dug under the breakfast room for my dad's hobby, a chunk had to be cut out of the root growing north from a tree on the southern property line. It crossed the side yard, then the width of the house! That tree wouldn't have gone anywhere in a windstorm!
Great
9:22 That looks like "The Mist" rolling in...
1:18 that gust was CRAZY!!!
3:50 Can you plant that tree again? I'd assume you can. It still has it's roots.
Every thing is ok but your thumbnail is unbelievably 😂
Nice
All those poor trees being uprooted :(
