You're only changing the actions of Germany's leader, NOT that of other players like Mussolini and Stalin. Russia ain't doing all of this without the US's lend/lease help.

The leader changed,but in hoi4 every game is different,I cannot change that, for example,like I did I change the leader that doesn't affect the other countries but there will be a different scenario,even if I did not change anything,so yeah,every game has their scenario different

Delusional, the United States only helped hasten the wars end. It was not needed to win it, the Soviets ultimately would have succeeded at the cost of way more lives. This game tends to make the Axis overpowered & wank Germany to the extreme & frankly it's capitulation mechanic makes little sense applied to the USSR against the Reich. It would never have surrendered because to do so means genocide and death.
