That is possible. You need the right stimulation in day to activities with a mix of sugar and health foods (try soup). And with all that mixed your brain can simulate a dream based on the above. Unless your weird don't go watching a ton of horror films. I tried it once and people call me twisted now so yay.
My nightmares are always HD. I sometimes think they're lost memories, but I never was in a museum about WW2 that was in a victorian city O.o...I never saw a concentration camp before, but I had such a clear vision in that dream...
