Hi I am interested in buying this tool for my husband as Xmas present he is a roofer. I am from the UK where we have victorian house with very strategic corners and angels on our roofs would this be a good tool for him. Many thanks in u are able to help 😀
This thing's garbage, in my opinion... Lots of typos on the back of the box, and feels poorly made. For $15, I wouldn't mind so much, but it cost me $30.
Was looking for this to help me with some trim, flooring projects. Tool seems to work well, nice to have the lock as I have used one of these in the past without and the pieces often moved when transferring the design/measurements.
You commented that the corner miter wasn't beveled very well. LOL That was about the nicest way to say what many of us are seriously thinking. You would be a successful diplomat.
well it looks like you have a lot of work to do. around the house. lol yes i just paid 30.00 buck for both the 5" and the 10" great buy. saves a lot of time on them cuts.

The lock is a handy feature. As well as the 2 set screws on the side that allow to tighten or loosen the slats movement.
God having one of those without a lock would be almost pointless
1 dollar to make in China and a 98% profit in the USA

The best one I ever tried is the ELAB TOOLS Contour gauge which is a kind of 2.0 gauge . Really useful 👍

You could try a soldering iron on that foam board, instead of the knife.
