Pulls have been done indoors for almost as long as the sport has been around, and as far as I know no injuries as a direct result of the venue the pull was held in, it's fine
If anything Harrisburg has the safest indoor pull anywhere, it has giant industrial fans extracting all the exhaust fumes from the building, you won't find an indoor pull with better air quality
