electrocute is actually recommended in the preselected rune pages they give you in champ select, so that could be why she chose that. but as far as lethality goes, my only thought is there was a lethality ambessa video i saw the other day she could have been using
Ambessa with Conqueror+Fighter/Bruiser build is actually broken, her damage, survivability, and mobility are way too high. I've already had a few games where Ambessa does okay/bad in lane then just dominates once she hits 2-3 items, she seems to be like a tanky assassin.
I won't lie the only udyr i vibe with is basically the assassin udyr who maxes q and just builds lethality and just tries to one shot you. i dont like the whole "im chasing you and slowing you and melting your hp bar with a phoenix" its super duper boring for me personally

I have to say that this is why I'm not a big fan of the alphabet challenge - you need to play champions which you wouldn't otherwise choose.
The amount of variety is rally fun at least
On the same hand it's a nice refresher about why he doesn't like to play certain said champions
