我而家住緊間屋都係跟Barrett Part Exchange的,以前嘅規則係地區唔好及什麼類型嘅屋Barrett 係要選擇的,當然要買嗰間價錢一定要比你要賣給他那間貴,以前係要超過二十仟磅,不過而家有冇改變就唔知了,Barrett 係一間大型發展商,佢係唔計較換返嚟嘅屋有冇錢賺,甚至蝕錢都可以。

謝謝解答,要補充的是,Affordable Housing 不一定是 Council House,也可以是 Share Ownership,Share Ownership 的買家是必需要做按揭,那是正常工作階層,只是沒有足夠資金俾首期

Whitchurch呢個雖然係鎮仔,但鎮內都有間醫院叫 Whitchurch Community Hospital,車程5分鐘,步行就比較耐需要27分鐘
