How can I thank you for being a good teacher...that's why I keep on repeating your video because of your way teaching us. You really one of a kind. Many thanks Mr. Marty.
Simply the best effect, and the explanation was wanderful. I am Brazilian, i do not speak english, but understood everything perfectly. Congratulations and thanks!!!!!
Another awesome tut. Wow !! Tinkering with the layer styles is quite a nuisance and takes so much time until the result looks pleasing. Thanks so much.
you're my best teacher !! I'm French and like all the French's guys i speak English not very well ^^ Yours amazing lessons are nice occasion to me for training my comprehension ...very good job and BIG THANKS !!
@bluelightininTv This looks amazing. I just did and now wondering how can I save this text layers so that I can use this efx in the future without having to do all the FX again and again? Also is it possible to save this so I can use these efx in a new document? THanks!
You can save it under patterns. Bring the texture onto Photoshop then press cntl +a (that will select all of it), the go under edit and select save pattern
Thank you for helping me. What I would like to do is be able to use this effect to type different words with it without having to go threw entire process again?

Hey Marty...Loved your tutioral! Can you please tell us which you software you used for that glittering effect and sound effect in the beginning of tutorial....i was working on birthday video!it would be great if you share with us.
sonika vasanth I'm not to sure but I think u can make an intro like this with a simple program called Camtasia Studio. Just search for a cracked version of the program.
Blue Lightning TV Nice! I downloaded myself a cracked version of the program bacause the program itself is kinda expensive for me (I'm 17 years old.) And btw, I love your tutorials, keep it up!
Blue Lightning TV Thanks for reply,I have no idea about that software....and i have no time to learn within few days.ill send you copy of mine..Can you please do it for me same as yours for 15 seconds....!!Please HELP.also provide link of that sound effect if you have
MrLordFiren...No. None of my tutorials are for commercial use unless a legally-binding contract is signed by me & the other party. However, anyone can post links to my tutorials and Channel.
That's a great idea, and yes you can do that. All the text layers with fill at 0% and with effects (the "glass") should remain on the top of the stack. Underneath that, you can do anything you want. Keep the glitter on the bottom and add your new effects between the glitter and "glass" layers; or get rid of the glitter all together. You could add water and fish, or a photograph of a friend. I would look up how to make bubbles in Photoshop, or just use a stock image (always credit someone else's work). Just remember that whatever you do to replace the glitter, be sure to mask your new images (lava bubbles, etc.) with the text-as this video shows you how to do at the beginning-so your new images stay within the boundaries of the letters.
+Antoinette Martienz Great! I'm not sure if the following applies to you, but many teachers have contacted me asking how they can download my tutorials for their students because RUclips is being blocked by their schools. The good news is that you can get unlimited streaming of over 200 of my best tutorials on Vimeo, which isn't blocked. Also, get a 20% discount using my promo code: “bltv_20”. vimeo.com/ondemand/bluelightningtv
Hi, i really like your vidoes and learned alot, but i want to ask one thing, if you know how to make a photo completly black, but still visible like person is sitting. its like if we take photo of some one black and white, but there is sun behind person, so person comes in photo kind of black but still seeing-able thanks

sonika vasanth I'm not to sure but I think u can make an intro like this with a simple program called Camtasia Studio. Just search for a cracked version of the program.

Looks great, can you do something like this but then that it looks like there is liquid in the letters, something like lavalamp effects or so?
