    Cool. how can I get the z peaks values? when I use the find peak function in analysis I would get values on the shoulder not representing the real peaks

    How can I add the image to make my matrix? You started with the image and the matrix already there :-(

      Hi Lucia,
      Do you mean you want to import the image as a matrix? If so,
      New a matrix window, then select "File: Import: Image to Matrix" menu to import the image.
